I ended up wanting to return my undated one and he lived by the 'no questions asked' policy. And I ended up receiving a full refund.
I will end up purchasing a dated planner :)

I have been incessantly asking questions of the Pashfam staff as I try to find just the right Passion Planner for my work/life balance. Every time (and believe me there were many!) I have done so I have been met with warmth and genuine care.

I love shopping with Passion Planner I have done so many years in a row. This year I encountered some shipping problems, but the team were so helpful, responsive and kind. (Shout out to Joshua!) Luckily the problems were resolved and I am all ready to start planning a better and brighter 2021.

Moreover I cannot rave enough about the actual planner. I am a classic type A personality and it is everything I need. Making and achieving goals, planning hetic weeks as well as reflecting and taking time off. It is so useful. If you like planning, you'll love passion planner.

I am an annual Passion Planner always looking forward to October when we can place our orders for the year to come. This year, I transferred to an overseas assignment and began working with a teammate who will definitely benefit from Passion-living. In October, I ordered one for me and one for her. I was excited and disappointed when just 2 weeks later a package arrived with one 2021 Elite Black, Dated, Sunday. "Oh well," I thought, "unfortunate that they used two packages to get my beloved planners to me, but the other will arrive soon." And I waited and waited for the Military Postal Service to deliver my second planner. After a month I abandoned hope and reached out to Clint, my Passion Planner lifesaver. Within hours Clint had addressed my concern and promised to get a replacement 2021, Elite Black, Dated, Sunday on its way. Just 13 days later, it's here and I'm ready to begin breaking down my 2021. Thank you Clint! Thank you Passion Family! ...it just has to start.

Shaddi was fantastic at answering my questions and providing a solution immediately! I appreciated the refund and went back to buy a new 2021 planner. My only recommendation would be to include the layout details for the undated planners on the website. If it’s already there, I definitely missed it.

I received defective items and they were quick to not only respond to my initial inquiry but also solved the issue right away.

I use a passion planner every year and love them. I order from the US to the UK so shipping isn’t cheap. This year they had introduced a new larger size which I accidentally ordered. Thought I would have to live with my mistake as I didn’t want the faff and expense of returning it. But it turns out the company offer a full refund if you’re not happy for any reason- they organised this promptly. I was able to order the size I wanted and donate my too-large planner to a friend. Very impressed!
