Ordered a planner April 6th, it worked its way through America like it does. However, when it got to Canada it sat there for weeks, and then it was presumed lost. Rye helped so much in giving me a refund. Pay attention Canadians, DHL has 1 star reviews across the board. If only passion Planner used someone else for Canadian delivery. Maybe Canada Post? I am giving 5 stars for the PP customer service only.

Had a question about removing purchase protection from order. Response was quick and provided clear instructions and pictures. Response was also very polite.

A few years ago I struggled with customer service not responding, but happy to report they’ve fixed whatever was happening. I receive excellent support on a recent refund - easy, pleasant, no hassle.

I've been a customer for several yeas now and their customer service is excellent! They listen to their customers and their planners are excellent! I have both physical and digital planners and ALL the stickers ;). I highly recommend Passion Planner!

I ordered a planner to Ireland. 29€ (dated) planner, 18€ delivery fee (1-4 days). It is still in transit four weeks later, January is over and my planner is dated. Customs in Ireland: An post now charges 4.95€ processing fee then VAT is charged on the product. 11.29€ for customs in total. I have ended up spending 58.14€ on a single dated planner.
While this is out of the hands of Passion Planner team, it would be worth considering something to make deliveries to EU countries more affordable and providing a better experience overall, even suggesting ways that EU customers can get the most out of their order would be helpful.
Customer service tried the best they could and offered discounts off my next purchase, but with all this hassle and losing a month from my dated planner, Im not sure it’s worth ordering for EU customers.

Ordered 5 different planners from here and stationary and things. Absolutely lovely. I have ADHD and am also autistic so I have tried hundreds of different planners and they have never worked for me… apart from passion planner. Recently I have had issues with one of my orders, I actually ordered the wrong size (which was my mistake). I emailed them to see if I could exchange it yet they just offered so send me one. I said no as I would have felt terrible as it was my own mistake but they are amazing. Hope one day to be an ambassador. Absolutely love passion planner!

I have been using Passion Planner for 4 years now. I've attempted other brands, but I always come back! My favorite things are the paper material, weekly layout, and the blank dotted pages at the end.
I recently needed to make an exchange, and the customer service was amazing!
