Passion Planner Avis 920

I had ordered a Passion Planner for my cousin for Christmas, but found out afterwards that she had decided not to return home in light of Covid. Stephanie was able to cancel my order since it hadn’t yet shipped so that I could reorder to her current address so that she will still be able to receive her Passion Planner for Christmas :) Stephanie was GREAT and so helpful! Thank you!

At first I was a bit disappointed about my damaged planner and no response after posting my review.
But then I reached out and had contact with Clint, who was very kind and helpful and send me a replacement.
So 5 stars and thanks, from a happy planner!

I placed an order and although it said it was delivered the package did not come to my door. It was either stolen or mis-delivered by the post office, but either way there was nothing they would do. I contacted passion planner and Clint replaced my order without question. He was very helpful and kind. I’m so grateful to him for his excellent customer service and passion planner for helping me out even though it wasn’t their fault!

I contacted Clint about an order I did not receive To my PO box it was over 3weeks from when I placed my order it was not in my PO box even though i received a TEXT from the Post office that it had been delivered.
I only had my bank statement proving that i had paid for my Order.
Clint was able to find my order number and find the USPS tracking number.
having the USPS tracking Number let my post office get me my package.
now my Wife's' Christmas present can be under the tree.

I mistakenly forgot my apt. # when I submitted my order and my Passion Planner was undeliverable. I contacted PP Support and Joshua responded quickly and was able to get another planner shipped out to me! Love Passion Planner and the Passion Planner Team! #PashFam

Clint was friendly and helpful. He was able to tactfully advise me to wait to see if my package turned up and, when it didn't, promptly moved to ship me a new one.
Great experience overall. Will continue to purchase Passion Planners!

Rue was super helpful! I had a mixup with my order, and it was fixed and a new order was put in the next day!

The website said it take some time to respond to emails. I was happily surprised to get Shaddi's email so quickly. Truth be told, I resolved the issue myself and was getting online to cancel my query, but she'd already taken care of it. Beyond excellent service! I'm getting ready to order another planner for a friend!!

Great response! Was very helpful and responsive to my question. I received extra product and was ready to send items back as it doesn't seem right to keep things I didn't buy. But they were insistent that I keep the items to enjoy and spread the joy. I was able to encourage many friends to try passion planner.
