Patriot Warranty Avis 

Do not purchase from this company! If you purchase a warranty from them you will make the biggest mistake ever. Don't do it. I promise that all the negative reviews you read about this company are accurate. They don't answer the phone and if they do they hang up. Put you on hold, then hang up! Save yourself the money, this is a scam. I too support a class action lawsuit.

Patriot warranty took my full payment last year and now that I needed to use the warranty, they will not answer my multiple voicemails and emails. Patriot Warranty is nothing more that the email scams I see online.

This is my second post and from the responses, they need to be held accountable. How do we all band together for a class action lawsuit? I'm going to speak to an attorney today. Anyone have any ideas? Also, trustpilot should go after them for fraud.

This is a complete scam. They take your money then never answer the phone or return phone calls. My next step is to file a complaint with the State Attorney General., Everyone that has fallen for this scam should also file the complaint and get them shut down and hopefully get them behind bars where they belong

They took my payment and when I tried using them they offer me $700 wish is not even 1/3 of what they charge me, it's not a good company. When I decided to cancel the said I was getting a partial refund and that was 2 years ago, never got anything from them and now they don't even pickup my calls.

Total scam - under investigation by mutliple states. YOU CAN ONLY FILE A CLAIM OVER THE PHONE AND THEY DO NOT ANSWER. They should be ashamed of using the word Patriot. Complete waste of money.

I have tried to contact them about my policy, no answer.
Recalled, many times, probably 10, no answer.
I want to cancel my policy from lack of support, but they won't answerer the phone.
One time I got someone; they told me to please hold...they never came back..

Like many of the reviews, the only time you can talk to someone is to purchase the policy. The one time I needed the service, they told the repair dept that they were only approving a small amount (approx $350 of the $6000 repair estimate). That was the last we heard from them. I have called, responded to their online "contact us" link, and sent emails. Looks like I am out the $3300 I paid. Don't do it

Patriot Warranty is claiming that they are a 5 star review holder on your review platform, which is obviously a lie. Please take a look at their website: PatriotWarranty.com. When searching this fraudulent company on your site, their rating is 1.3 stars and I’m confident that this a mistake by a reviewer or someone from the Patriot Warranty company has left themselves a stellar review. Patriot Warranty should have a negative review and not be allowed on any review site, nor be in business.

As I have never heard of your website, prior to viewing on the Patriot Warranty site, I’m confident that you will do the right thing to save your integrity. As you read the numerous reviews, Patriot Warranty is literally scamming everyone they can out of their hard earned money. Please contact them and demand that your trustworthy, opinionated site logo is taken down from their website.

My wife purchased Patriot Warranty the Elite level, 04/21, for a lot of money. To date we have used it one time a year ago, when the motor mounts broke on our 2014 Cadillac Escalade, after much haggling with the warranty company they agreed to pay for the replacement motor mounts, but not use the ones from the dealer, it had to be theirs. Over a week later the mounts were received by the dealer. The only comment from the service writer was they were not a very good company. Now fast forward to today, our car has been at Mark Christopher Chevrolet/ Cadillac dealer figuring out what caused the check engine light and a code reading miss-fire, after a week it has been discovered that the camshaft damaged and pushrods also. The service writer has been calling Patriot Warranty every day for a week with no response, and we have also called multiple times, emailed them all with no answer except leave a message and they will get back to us, CRICKETS. So my Christmas present is going to be paying for a new engine and writing complaints to whoever will listen to avoid “Patriot” Warranty. What a SCAMMING group.

Don't buy this warranty. It is a Scam!!!! Total loss of Money.

No money is returned for repairs. No customer service. Not even responding to emails.

It is frustrating. They are not even canceling the policy. I am thinking to go with the legal process.

Complete scam. They never covered anything on my F150. I tried to cancel and no refund ever came. They scammed me out of $1800. I CANT GET ANYONE ON THE PHONE.

This company is a scam! My uncle purchased in July 2022 and cancelled October 2022. I have been calling repeatedly and no one answers! They keep saying they will send my refund and end up blocking my number. Next step is a small claims court as well as others for taking advantage of people!

WORST COMPANY EVER! NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE DOES NOT REFUND CANCELLED CONTRACTS AS PROMISED! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL! NEVER GET A POLICY FROM THEM!!!!

This company is a complete scam. I signed up for warranty in 2020, but cancelled the warranty in June 2021, because they wouldn't cover repairs on my BMW. I'm still waiting for a refund, after almost 18 months. Despite numerous calls and promises of a refund, I'm still waiting. Now, it's impossible to get hold of anyone there. Next step is small claims court.

I canceled my policy with them back in February 2022 I called I sent all documentation that the dealership told me to send once I paid my vehicle off to get refund from them on what I paid into the extended warranty. I did get a hold of the lady one time me and Paula who claim to be a manager of the location and she informed me the amount that I will be refunded and to email my paperwork to a particular email showing the car was paid off. I said that information been trying to call ever cents no answer no email replies her extension is invalid to get her back I try and press every number that’s available to get someone on the phone it goes to voicemail. This company is totally crooked and someone needs to get to the bottom of this. They should not be OK with the website showing they are a legit company but overall they are not . Hopefully the Better Business Bureau sees this message and gets to the bottom of this company and hopefully people can get their money back, but I doubt it.

Worst extended warranty ever! They are real quick on taking your money and promising you the best warranty. Once you call and get them to pay for a service they give you and the dealer the run around. The dealer was holding our vehicle until the insurance paid. Once they did pay it was nothing we paid 90% of the bill. We had to pay up front in order to get our vehicle back. Three weeks later after persisting phone calls from the dealer and us they finally paid. We decided to cancel the warranty and try and get our money back. It's been over three months no one returns our calls or answers emails no refund . Save yourself a headache and STAY AWAY!!! If I could my star would be a ZERO!
