I experienced really fast delivery of a block paving sample and subsequently ordered a full pallet which was delivered on time. Very happy with the service received and will definitely look to them for paving in the future.

What a fantastic company
What a fantastic company ! The order was processed with great speed and the delivery was received and with there pump truck on board the paving slabs were delivered direct to the job.
The service was on point and any concerns raised were quickly diluted. Well done!

Unhelpful after sales
Products great and delivered promptly however after sales was poor. I needed more aggregate to complete the job. I was told it was discontinued and unlikely to be coming back. I called several times asking for advice on where I could buy some from and was advised the name of your bulk supplier but they could not help me. 2 months later and still not resolved I have just been on the website and seen it’s back in stock again!!!!

Delivered when they said they’ed be delivered.
Arrived intact and in good condition.
Husband used them to build a wall on the side of our bungalow.
It looks great and in keeping with the rest of the stone properties on the road
We get lots of compliments about how good they look.

Poor project managent, product knowledge, stock control and delivery
Well, thanks Sam. I have spent £1000 and have ended up with stone of the wrong size and colour! Problems:
Poor project management & product awareness
At no stage did you seem to know the status of the order.
Poor product identification and delivery management
Three pallets were delivered. None had labels and no delivery note. The transport company did not contact me to ensure that I was at home. Where would the driver had dropped 2 tonnes of blocks if I hadn't been there?! In addition the block were the incorrect colour.
Blocks were collected. Again no forward warning. Replacement blocks were delivered - and you guessed it, no forward notice. The new blocks were the correct colour but not the correct size! I give up.

great products
Great product, looks fantastic in our front garden, gives a real "wow" factor. Delivery could be done differently. A very heavy pallets of brick being delivered by a single person, on a very steep road, needles to say he has really struggled and had to leave them on the pavement in front of the property.

Pavings delivered on time
Pavings delivered on time. Only criticism was the large wooden pallets stopped access through a gateway. If pallets were similar size to the pavings we could have easily accessed our rear yard.

Tanners Paving looks fantastic but be prepared - the slabs thickness are not consistent.
Your Tanners Paving looks fantastic, but if it wasn’t the fact I wanted the product I would have shopped elsewhere.
Your customer service is inconsistent. Your website is unusable if you want to order paving. And despite telling your team on three occasions, you are STILL spelling my name incorrectly.
