I would like to sincerely apologize for the recent review I posted, which was submitted in error. It was intended for a different company — Pavluks Trans Sp. z o.o. (KRS 0000684456, Aleje Jerozolimskie 151/10, Warsaw, Poland), led by Mr. Vitalii Pavliuk — and not your company.

The names are very similar, and I mistakenly left my feedback on the wrong profile. My review referred to poor service received from the above-mentioned company and was not in any way related to your organization.

I deeply regret any harm this may have caused to your reputation. I am taking immediate steps to remove or correct the review.

We have used many travel companies over the years, but we finally found one we really like. Professional agents that respond quickly. Back up contacts for emergencies. One stop shopping for all your travel needs. From booking cruises, vacations, land travel, etc., this company goes to work for you. Would highly recommend using them. We have used Pavlus as our travel agents for about six years upon recommendation from a neighbor. Since the beginning, their agents have been extremely personable, knowledgeable, and patient. They have offered great service, prices, and perks, often in the form of money back. We look forward to continued travel relying upon Pavlus’ expertise.

We have just returned from 2 back to back Viking Ocean cruises, Barcelona to Bergen and Bergen to Stockholm. We continue to be very pleased with Pavlus and Victoria Hill, our Personal Travel Planner whom we started with in 2016. We have booked numerous Viking river and ocean cruises over the years and have always been pleased with the attention to detail, courtesy, and helpfulness.
