10 of us wanted to travel together. Three DIFFERENT flight itineraries were assigned to us. The idea was for the 10 of us to travel TOGETHER.
Pavlus only uses the largest airports for travel. I would have booked the airport 10 minutes from my home that had the same airline flight for the same cost!

No one books entry into the USA through Newark. It is the Hell hole on earth.

Pavlus never told us we had to buy our seats on the airplanes, (An additional $160).
As a result, we were in the very last row on all 5 of our flights. Other travel agencies put their customers in preferred seating closer to the front.
Pavlus took 5 days to get back to me to book our river cruise. As a result, the other 4 couples got the Silver alcohol package. We did not?
Neither Pavlus representative knew what our 6-digit airline confirmation number was to check in.
They also didn't know which website United or Lufthansa for me to use to check in.

Our Marriott number was not credited the points for our stay.
Our United airlines' frequent flyer was not credited our miles that we flew.

After all was said and done, our travels would have been much more affordable and easier if we went through Viking directly.
The 3rd party, Pavlus, only added frustration to our travels.

Easy to book travel with Pavlus plus they are very good keeping you aware of travel deals that normally you would not be aware of.

My "agent " Stephanie is very helpful and gives me good advise and suggestions. The guest relations staff has always answered my questions. The staff has had to contact the tour company or find transportation options for me. They also arrange the transportation or make the hotel reservation for me. I have never been disappointed.

I have used Pavlus Travel for several years now and just came back from a 3-week cruise I booked through them. They rebate part of the fee that the cruise ship and travel providers pay them. I always research prices online for whatever I want to do and then check with them. They have always met whatever price I could find (and often can add a bene), and then I've received rebates of what I paid once the trip is final. They have always responded within 24 hours to any inquiry and if the travel agent I've worked for is out of the office someone else has covered for them. They're great to work with.
