Quick response time matters to me. Competitive pricing as well. On our most recent voyage that finished November 23, 2024, because of our last minute booking, we did not get the best times for our excursions. Not the fault of Pavlus but given my conversations with others on the ship, an upgrade would have been in order. Would I book with Pavlus again— sure because everything else was ok

Thank you Pavlus for our wonderful experience on the Princess Cruise to the Mexican Riviera (Nov 16-23) this year. It was perfect beginning to travel again. Let it be known that our Travel Planner Dianne Kincaid has been fantastic in helping us travel through the years as she helps us plan all of the trips from beginning to end. Also we must not forget the wonderful team work of Guest Relations and Air for their attention to matters that we sometimes overlook!.

I have booked several trips using Pavlus and have been very satisfied with there response to questions and there knowledge of there products plus I appreciate there incentives they give to there customers.

We have taken almost 20 cruises with Pavlus and referred at least 15 of our friends to them.

We use Pavlus first for the price and discounts they deliver. We know where we want to go and they are great at getting the cruise planned and booked. But, beyond that, one reason we are very loyal is sometimes things don't work out. Covid caused a lot of disruptions and Pavlus stepped forward representing us when things went in wrong direction. An example was when one company charged two credit cards for a cruise, Pavlus was a junk-yard dog in the fight to fix problem. Another cruise we had invited and paid for other family to travel with us, and then they had to cancel; Pavlus got our money back when cruise line was insisting on cruise credit for future cruise.

I would never book on my own as when things don't go right, I want a strong company committed to me representing my interests and I want best pricing and discounting. Pavlus is that company.

Our Tauck trip had it's ups and downs. We had a issue with our return travel. I contacted Pavlus travel and they resolved my issue very quickly.

Pavlus provides excellent travel suggestions and advice and is always prompt in response to issues or questions or instructions. We have used Pavlus for many years.
