Having used Pavlus for numerous cruises I have found them able to find me great prices. My agent Jennifer is super responsive to our needs. She recently booked our families Christmas Cruise in Royal Caribbean and found the cabins we needed to include a handicap cabin. My wife and I have been cruising for near 40 years and this has been so far the best travel agency so far. We highly recommended them!

Pavlus travel provides excellent service. We have booked several cruises with them. Our travel advisor is Lee Alvarez. She is very knowledgeable. She gives good service and her prices are very good. Lee is an amazing travel consultant. Looking forward to booking more trips in 2025.

Every encounter we have had with Pavlus has been superb. Our TA is wonderful and always gets back to us in a timely manner and is able to answer all our questions. I have recommended Pavlus to our friends.

Our travel agent Jamie is awesome. Anything we ask her to book gets done that day. You always know what Pavlus will give you back depending on which cruise line you pick. It is usually reduced fare or on board credit but sometimes it is a refund check. Their Guest Relations department is also great at making all kinds of arrangements for travel, dining, insurance, etc.

Staff are so polite and helpful. I have dealt with Rose for a number of years and she always delivers. Their rebate program is amazing and especially great for Canadians as it help offset some of the exchange costs.

We have used Pavlus and Victoria Hill for booking our Viking cruises over the last 8-9 years and have exceptional service from them. No matter who we have dealt with whether it was Victoria or the Air department, we have always have courteous, respectful and honest conversations. We have referred many people to Pavlus over the years and all have been very pleased. Wouldn’t think of going elsewhere.
