Great customer service rep.
I’m not a customer, but I had to report possible identity fraud and someone trying to impersonate a relative. And customer services were incredibly helpful and able to set my mind at rest about the situation. They emailed back, explaining exactly what I needed to do to talk to them, which options to press and really thought carefully about the situation and how to handle it. Thank you very much!

How do you make payments online?
Their website stinks if you want to pay off ealry or make a seperate payment their web page has nothing to enable this. You'd have to call them I guess. Why are they so 1980s
I would have used PayPal instead they offered it.

Requesting to see 6 months of bank statements or have open banking access to my account for only £900 - I don't think so!! Talk about an invasion of privacy for such a small amount of money when a basic credit check would suffice. My credit score is near perfect. The only good thing about this company is they are quite quick to answer emails but I would be too if charging what they do. There are lots of other lenders out there but this company provide credit for the company I want to study a course through (NCCE). My bank have happily accepted my loan request. AVOID !!

Beware of change of interest rate……
Took out a agreement with them at a rate and once approved the intrest on it went up by 50% which I feel was a little cheeky giving during the application was told it would be lower let it slid this time but will be avoiding them in the future just beware not saying there bad just if you offer a rate don’t up it after approval
