How can a lender get away with this?
Decided to use these as finance just to spread the cost of a big payment. This was then given to a manual underwriter. Even thought I have a good credit score.
On Monday, someone then emailed asking me to submit more information to them through a link. The link given to me would crash so I produced the information. No response.
It is now Wednesday and after 10+ emails, still nothing. I have no idea what has happened with my information. This is absolutely unacceptable from a lender.
Personally, I would avoid at all costs.
The customer service team are prompt with the replies but it’s a copy and paste job with no actual answers to my questions.
This experience has left an extremely sour taste in my mouth. And if this does get sorted, I will never be using this company again.

I am a very happy customer I bought a settee online using this company to pay the money back in 6 months. They did add on interest which was included at the beginning. I did not miss a payment so didn’t have any extra fees. All paid off in 6 months and I feel great about it. If you’re going to do this stick to your payments. Brilliant company

Tried to get me to take interest over interest free. I can easily afford the interest free option but they are pushy to get you to pay a larger deposit and spread the rest so long that you pay interest. This is unprofessional and definitely not for me. Very glad I declined.

Sometimes the results of these checks mean we cannot offer interest free finance. In those cases, we will consider whether we can offer other options to finance a purchase, which would interest bearing.
