This pharmacy. Has got a very good delivery service.and the owners can't do enough for you ...I'd recommend this company..very well run.. 10/10

Try to start the app
I wasn't explained how to start the app. I had to get a number of the chemist to start then got text saying I had a delivery tomorrow no time or any more info. Got delivery at 7.45 in the morning

Delivery 2 days late, no explanation, left me without insulin.
Consistently late with deliveries , say couldn’t gain access to building but never ring me to give them access and they don’t answer the phone 😡

I’m delighted my prescription is able…
I’m delighted my prescription is able to be posted through my letter box. I’m finding this a wonderful service, I don’t have to go to the pharmacy each month.

Not sure what the point of the messages giving a time window for delivery is. Every delivery has been way outside these times.
UPDATE:
1/5/25 text received at 0852 says will deliver between 0724 & 0825 - which doesn’t make sense. Actually delivered 1030.
16/5/25 text says deliver 12-1pm but delivered 2.34pm.
It means the Estimated delivery texts aren’t really that helpful.

We have investigated this in detail and can confirm that all the deliveries before this one were on time and that we met the ETA on every occasion.

Refusal to take full sharps box
Received 2 prescriptions this afternoon, had messages saying they were being delivered today, and they were.
The only thing I'm unhappy about, was that the driver refused to take the sharps box, which was full and sealed , he said this was because in the past a sharps box had been collected and wasn't sealed properly. He could clearly see ours was closed correctly. Said they wouldn't be taking them in the future. And we would have to get rid of it ourselves, but they are not allowed to be put in the bin, and local chemists won't accept them.

Hi Karen, The returns need to be pre-authorised by the pharmacy, we are not allowed to accept any returns without the pharmacy's authorisation. please contact your pharmacy to book this with us; we would be more than happy to collect it from you. I hope this clarifies. Regards,
