Delivery not very good
Delivery not very good, items squeezed into external post box with no attempt to ring the bell 3 feet away to inform me of delivery. Attached note also gave tracking reference for a package supposedly delivered, but not. Still waiting for medication prescription sent last week, prior to today’s, which was sent a day later
This is a new delivery firm, very substandard to previous one used

I am writing to provide an update regarding the medication you were expecting. We have established that the medication you are referring to was unfortunately not signed off by your GP. As a result, the pharmacy was unable to dispense it for you.
Consequently, we couldn't deliver the medication, as it had not been sent by the pharmacy. We understand this may be frustrating, and we wanted to clarify the situation as quickly as possible.

Consist any of delivery
Having used PDS for a couple of months now I am really impressed by the consistency of the service provided. The prescriptions always arrive around 15 minutes or less into the delivery slot and mostly around midday which is perfect for me. It makes life a lot easier when you don't have to worry whether your medicine is going to arrive on time.
No more phoning the pharmacy to find out when I will get my medicine.
