They communication was outstanding. They were quick to review our order, also suggesting part of our order was not necessary. They refunded this promptly. I was definitely use speak Pharmacy again.

Peak Pharmacy was founded in 1981 and is based in Chesterfield, Derbyshire.
It has grown via merger and acquisition from a single pharmacy into the business it is today, consisting of over 150 pharmacies and an online pharmacy.
In 2023 we moved to our new purpose-built facility, in Bolsover, housing both our head office and warehouse. The warehouse uses state-of-the-art automation technology and machinery for medicine packing and distribution.

Efficient service and fast delivery. Also, some other pharmacies only offer a larger minimum quantity but with Peak Pharmacy I could order the exact number of tablets I required.

Appalling service Peak pharmacy Ilkeston
I’m a disabled customer who receives multiple scripts every week. My husband picks these up. Rarely are the scripts available the day they are due often 24-48 hours later. My husband enquired about having an important script delivered for controlled medicine as he had a hip replacement and can’t drive. We were told by the pharmacist as soon as we received the script text to call the pharmacy and they will arrange delivery. We did this and were told that wasn’t possible, someone had to come in and physically pick them up. We explained there was no one available to help us. My husband 2 days into hip replacement surgery has gone in a taxi to get the prescription. It’s not like they haven’t let us down before. There was no apology from the pharmacy. Bath St Ilkeston.
