Top notch customer support for video conferencing solutions
I rely on proplelinks video conferencing solutions to conduct daily meetings with clients. While the solutions itself has been excellent, the excellent thing that I love most is their customer support. I've had to contact them a few times, mostly for troubleshooting or clarifications about features and every experience has been smooth, fast and helpful.
