Checking the t&c's . . . . .
I inadvertently purchased a voucher that could not be used on certain goods on a vendors website - the voucher stated this but the website was not at all clear and it could not be processed. The Team at Perkbox were extremely helpful, professional and courteous - I used the chat function and had an email response very quickly. They contacted the vendor and managed to resolve my issue in less than 24 hours - very reassuring to know that level of support is there. Thank you.

Delays never normally happen with any rewards when points are spent. On this occasion The White Company's particular vouchers would not print off! After requesting help from Perbox, Robert kindly remedied this and all us now well & good. Many thanks for your help 👍✨️

Excellent Handling of a Refund
When we had a £500 Perkbox-bought voucher stripped of its value by a third party, Perkbox dealt with the issue really well. After their internal investigation, without any hassle for us, they gave us a full refund. A really painless process, so thank you Perkbox!

Speedy resolution to gift card query
