Janet 2.0 Review

I love my Pilates machine. I purchased the Janet 2.0 foldable reformer. The instructions to assemble where easy to follow. It did take me two hours, but I like to follow directions to a tee. It glides beautifully with no sound. Every part of the machine is built with quality. I purchased it in the color white and it provides a good aesthetic in my room. My daughter has started to love Pilates now too! I would recommend this company to everyone.

I love My beautiful new reformer!!! Well built, easy to assemble, instructions were easily accessible and easy to understand. Customer service was extremely helpful when needed and shipment was explained and delivered on time.

Wowed by Customer Service and the Product!

I have been SO excited to receive my new equipment from Personal Hour! It finally arrived last week. Everything is lovely. The most important thing I want to note: CUSTOMER SERVICE from Mark is excellent. There was a little error w my order but Mark actually called me within 30 min of my reaching out and made certain to make it all correct! Amazing —to receive an actual phone call from a super helpful guy! Additionally, we LOVE our new equipment and how smooth and lovely it is. I recommend Personal Hour!

WARNING DO NOT MAKE A PURCHASE FROM Ph

This company is a sham! Their employees lie and tell you anything by to keep you on the hook for the $2100 I spent on a machine. I ordered one on January 23 and after 16 weeks no machine and they REFUSE to give back my money. I did a dispute on my Cc and have to wait another 8 weeks for my money. I was promised my machine in 5-6 weeks. I was told it’s here they need to inspect it on February 23.
I have never had such an issue buying anything and they are nasty abusive and have lied time after time and they act like the dictum. You have all been warned. Also the BBB did nothing to help me either so don’t even bother complaining.
How can you not deliver and keep someone’s money as well.?

We care deeply about our customers - and just as deeply about the people on our team. While we understand your frustration, this review leaves out critical details and misrepresents what happened.

Your original order was fully customized with a longer lead time. After choosing to cancel, you were refunded. Unfortunately, in the process, our staff was subjected to language and behavior that caused real emotional harm. We take pride in supporting our customers, but we also protect our people.

Despite all this, you placed a second order. That order was canceled, and before we could process a refund, a credit card dispute was opened and as is standard, the funds were then frozen by the payment provider - not held by us. We cannot refund what we do not have.

Once the dispute is resolved, if the funds are returned to us, we will issue a refund minus cancellation and dispute fees, as stated in our policy. We do not - and will never - keep money without delivering even more value in return. Our thousands of happy customers can attest to that.

We stand by our work, our integrity, and our team. And we respectfully draw the line when public claims cross into harm.

We wish you well and hope this clears up the situation for anyone reading.

Best experience!

I had such a great experience with Personal hour, specifically Nadia. I had booked a consultation call prior to purchasing an home studio reformer and was so happy I did! She walked me through different reformers so I could decide what I wanted, helped customize certain things and was nice and accommodating. When I had questions about shipping I was given a direct number to call and they walked me through the whole shipping process so I had realistic expectations. I would highly recommend!

Great reformer

Great reformer! I ordered the Janet 2.0 for home use. I am a Pilates Instructor and currently use a different brand in the studio. This reformer has been given me an easy transition. I can do great workouts with everything that it offers. I love that it included the box, jumpboard, and padded footplate! It looks amazing and so smooth. The quality is great. I have been working out on it daily since getting it! Customer service has been awesome as well. They were very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend their reformers!

The shopping experience this time was not very good

I am not very satisfied with my shopping service. The received goods are all scratched. I contacted customer service and was only willing to compensate me with $50. I couldn't return the item and had to accept this option. I chose a 4-star logistics service, but for the product and your customer service, I can only give it a 1-star rating,
