Overall everything was well organised and the stay in the Camp in Wadi Rum had the quality and cleanliness expected. The guide was correct but did not tell us much at all about Petra, except for 10 minutes in the bus before arrival. This was by far the most deceiving part considering that Petra was the highlight of our trip!

It was a good trip except the end of it when we barely made it in the border it was 2 mins before border closes its gates...
And so other than that it was great. It also included lunch in a nice restaurant in Petra

A wonderful way to see Wadi Rum and Petra. Adnan was an excellent guide. Lovely accommodation especially in Wadi Rum brought the desert experience alive. Spent two days in Petra which really helped as there was so much to see. Everything was well organised and ran smoothly. Would definitely recommend this experience.

Great trip to Jordan. Well organized. As with all great trips, there is never enough time. We could have spent 2 days in Petra. The accommodations were great. Our guide was knowledgeable and personable. Great help crossing the boards made this an easy, worry free trip.

I joined a 2-day tour of Petra & Wadi Rum, everything was well prepared, the tour guide was very profession, I would recommend my friend to join "Petra from Israel".

I had a fantastic experience traveling in Jordan. As a woman solo traveler, I always felt safe, which was the main reason why I chose to travel with a tourism agency. I stayed for 3 nights, and the third one felt a bit extra. Unless you want to experience Petra by night (I didn't) The 2 nights tour is more than enough if you want to experience both the Wadi Rum (Bedouin Camp) and Petra. Our tour guide, in Jordan Mr. Karim was the nicest person. Since the very first moment he was eager to make our whole trip experience special. He even brought candy from his home to share with us. Definitely I would recommend taking a tour with Mr. Karim.

The 3 day trip is definitely worth it! A must for every bucket list. Apart from the bad communication with the agent, the on site tour guides were amazing.
I could spend more time in the campsite at Wadi Rum.
The hotel stay in Petra was not the best.
If you stay the extra day, take the free shuttle to Little Petra. It’s a 90 minute hike to the monastery but well worth it!

Long journey but a nice tour! Friendly tour guides. Worth each cent!

I have traveled many places but Jordan was definitely the best place I've been to thus far. This was a very spiritual trip for me and I truly believe that has everything to do with my tour guide, Fadi. He was the best, funniest and sweetest, tour guide I have had (and I've been on a lot of tours all around the world!) He transformed our tour group into a family. Fadi was extremely helpful every place he took us to and extremely informative. He went out of his way to ensure everyone was comfortable at every single point of our trip. A direct example of this is stopping to buy water bottle for someone who forgot their water in the middle of nowhere. His calm, confident demeanor made everyone on the tour extremely comfortable in a place none of us had ever been before. Best trip, best tour guide, best place! I cannot wait to visit again one day... will definitely do this tour again and request Fadi. The timing and planning of our trip was perfect and he was very communicative of what the plan was. Two people in our group were over an hour late to come to the meeting spot our first day in Petra and Fadi literally ran through Petra until he found them! (And remained positive while doing so!) Fadi's positive energy transferred to everyone in the group :)

Note: I did the 3 day Tel Aviv to Jordan tour and upgraded to a bubble martian tent in Wadi Rum which is a must-do! There is a lot of travel and bus time, please bring a small bag... it will make crossing the border way easier.

My only complaint would be the hotel in Petra, my room had two small twin beds and only had one working light. Also the horseback riding at Petra requires at least a $20 US dollar tip so be aware of that.

We spent 18 days in Israel and Turkey with this 2 day trip to Jordan - this was easily the groups favorite experience! Next time I would go for at least 3 days! Our guide, Nizar was informative and helpful, he made the tour extra fun! We enjoyed seeing a variety of places and experiencing New Years Eve at the Al Sultanah Bedouin camp. Definitely bring snacks and buy them at each stop. Also, we had a group of 7 on the same reservation (including 3 kids ages 14 and 10 who loved every minute of this trip!) but were split across multiple camps, a disappointment since we were there to celebrate NYE. Nizar was quick to fix our kids being in a different camp but they were full and that was the best he could do, I would follow up on this detail in advance next time. Overall fabulous experience and trip! Highly recommend!

The guide and the driver are excellent individuals with passion and appreciation of our group. Wa'el is very knowledgeable and helpful.
The hotel in Amman was a bad experience with substandard amenities and poor display of food and beverages.

The driver was able to reach me 2 minutes after the expected time for pickup. This is an acceptable excuse for unexpected traffic.
But the driver was not very helpful in helping us guide through the border crossing process, unlike his Jordanian counterparts. The Jordanian guide was excellent and very helpful on the other side

Great organization for a private land-based tour planned over 5 days starting from Jerusalam, Wadi Rum, Petra, Dead Sea (Jordan side), Jerash, Amman city to finally end at the Amman airport. Used a combo of transportation only needs between locations, to tour guides at sites etc. Being able to customize a plan and then making last minute adjustments via WhatsApp (quick responses even on Sunday) was nice.

I did the 2-day Wadi Rum and Petra tour. The sites themselves are amazing and having the chance to see and experience them with Petra to Israel was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. The thing I don't understand about the tour is the way that the time is allocated. We had to get on a bus in the middle of the night for a 6-hr long drive but then when we got to Aqaba we spent most of the day walking around a decrepit town and having a nice but inauthentic lunch and didn't get to Wadi Rum until after 3pm and only got a few hours to see just a small part of the expansive desert. I would have much preferred to spend more time in the desert or slept a full night and traveled in the morning to still reach Wadi Rum by 3pm. We didn't get as much time as I would have liked there. Our tour guide Methcal was great and very fun and we hit it off as a group the whole time. I would recommend the tour, but really wish they would alter the itinerary to cut out the Aqaba part, have a more traditional lunch and just go right to the park on day 1. Also be prepared that there is A LOT of time in vans from Tel Aviv or Jerusalem to the border and then to the sites. The entire trip back from Petra took over 8+ hrs.

From Jerusalem is almost 9 hours to Petra by bus and other 7 hours to come back.
Don't have time to visit the site completely
That small detail is not writen in the bruchoure.
I wouldn't do it again in 1 day. You need at least 2 days to rest something.

Petra und Wadi Rum ist super!!!
Unbedingt Petra by Night nicht verpassen.
Abfahrt in Tel Aviv sehr früh... dafür dann ca. 2h an der Grenze zu Jordanien auf weitere Busse (wahrscheinlich aus Jerusalem) gewartet. Das könnte man vielleicht noch verbessern.

Everything went well, despite complicated logistics and some minor delays at the border (not the organizers fault). Hotel was excellent and guides were welcoming and informative. Keep in mind that you should buy breakfast during one of the stops on the Israeli side, or wait until the bus stops on the Jordanian side at a resthouse at around 10-11 am.
