Well my item eventually arrived and took almost a month to get here. The quality of the cat blanket is very good and slightly more padding than the one I bought in the UK. I just washed it and it came up fine.

I have used Petsnooze a 5 times now over the last 2 years and have not had any problems. I alwaysnfind them responsive. Delivery cab take a little over a week sometimes a little longer, but is free so cannot complain. Very happy with range of products. Would continue to use Helen xx

I received the harness set yesterday, im very happy with the quality good value for money.

The collars on this site are gorgeous I have ordered two so far my latest arrived last week. They are well made and look adorable on my dog. Not had much need to deal with customer service other than replying to them with my engraving name, but all has gone smoothly both times. Love my collars Thankyou

Ordered Bed, it took about a week to arrive but delivery was free so i did not mind. I emailed customer services to change size. Although no reply at first i realised it was in my junkmail. As soon as i found it they amended the size for me. Happy with purchase just annoyed that their email never went to inbox.

Bought a pretty flower collar for Phyllis, these are so unusual and Petsnooze seem to be the best price with free delivery!! Danni x

I purchased a collar and lead from Petsnooze. The price was incredible value for money considering how much inflation had increased over the last year. It did take about 9 days to arrive but delivery was free and petsnooze seem to give continued to free delivery, as i purchased a bed earlier in the year. Engraving was also free and was exactly what i added to the notes. The quality of the collar was good and it is pretty sturdy for my young Red setter. Regards Donald

I was asked if I’d like to write a review for this company and happy to share. The website is full of pretty collars and sets (mainly for female dogs) they have a lot of choice. I found the prices very reasonable especially with the discount code I had. The collar I received is as pretty as the photo on the site and I have had a lot of nice comments whilst out walking with my dog. I would have chose to put 4.5 stars if I could as the delivery was 2 weeks, but as I had my collar engraved with my contact information I thought the wait time was fairly reasonable. All in all a good experience with Petsnooze and I will certainly buy again. Many Thanks Naomi.

I ordered a pet bed on the 6th July 2022. It still hasn’t arrived. When I emailed the company they just said, It’s on its way. No apology or explanation. If I had known how long it takes them to deliver their products, I would never have used this company.

Very dissatisfied with the customer service I received from this company. I had ordered lead and collar set,waited weeks, sent numerous emails, kept getting fobbed off with the excuse it’s the courier, had to contact PayPal to deal with them, eventually PayPal managed to get my money back for me.
I will not be recommending Petsnooze to anyone I know in the future.
