Happy to give my feedback. I received a collar last Wednesday that I ordered on a whim from a Facebook advert and I am very pleased with it! The quality is very good the buckle is sturdy and the attachment for the lead is not flimsy. The pink flower pattern is just as the photo on their website and I love it. The flowerbow that it comes along with is beautiful. If you are looking for a pretty collar for a female dog then I would recommend.

Delivery took a long time. No information about despatch and expected delivery date. Complained and raised dispute via PayPal. When item finally turned up, I realized why it took so long. Item is sent from China.

Appalling customer service, consistently fobbed off about shipment of goods. Inability to reply to basic questions, first and last time I use this company

Waiting 2 weeks for a dog bed that cost £37 they keep saying bed is in transit and tracking number they give is saying they are still waiting for item too Arive. Stressful experience waiting

I bought the Milo & Daisy nose and paw butter. Not greasy like other brands and 100% organic which is very important to me. Will buy again Carmel.

I am very happy with my new dog bed it is cute as can be, I bought the little pet house with stars and once you zip the roof on it looks very cute. The pillow inside is well filled and the outside is all fleecy. My pup (aged 9) looks extremely comfy and warm in it. Can not fault it so I think it’s worth 5 stars. I would most definitely buy again and have no complaints good value and made an old dog (and lady) happy. Thank you Amanda

Absolutely appalling. Ordered in September and chased up numerous times. Was provided with a fake Royal Mail tracking code that didn't work. After getting nowhere with their useless 'Customer service', I then flagged this with Paypal after two weeks as no product had been received. Suddenly an item was 'out for delivery'. I received a random bit of what looks like scrap metal and some fabric from China, have no idea what it is but it's not what I ordered. I have requested a refund and the company is ignoring this request. Avoid.

Ordered a pet rug which is my 3rd order. My dogs absolutely love these and anytime i have a treat they run to their petsnooze rugs and sit down. The rugs themselves have a lovely pattern and the material is very soft.No problems with the order all went well. Im not sure why my dogs are crazy for these but they are. Good value, good quality and arrived on time as expected. Delivery was also free and i was sent a tracking link. Thanks Jessic repeat customer.

Disappointing. Delivery took ages, when the dog bed turned up, it was poor quality like the very cheap circular shaped ones available elsewhere and not as good as the picture. It arrived vacuum packed and is clearly just a cheap import from overseas. I should have learnt by now that things like this should be bought in person when you can actually see it.
I did a review of the product on their site but they are “reviewing it” ie. Not posting anyone’s negative feedback.

I have a spaniel called Larry, who is absolutley spoilt. I was looking for a new coat for the winter as we like to go on forest walks near our farm. With costs going up i used google to compare and Petsnooze looked like great value and i can see the company had been operating for a couple of years as there are alot of companies operating who have not been around for very long which is a red flag. I ordered the Wind and waterproof dog coat as it has a harness built in and i didnt need to purchase a seperate collar and harness. The coat arrived which took about 10 days however there was also a bank holiday for the queens funeral. The sizing guide was accurate so the coat fitted well and i was very happy with it i thought it was incredible value. As i seen there was an offer i also bought the nose and paw butter from Milo & Daisy which arrived much quicker in 3 days. The butter has a nice texture which they advertise is made from beeswax and Larry loves it. I only use a snall amount and i think this will last for at least 6 months before i run out. Overall very happy with Petsnooze and would buy again.

I have used Petsnooze for three purchases now. My collar has lasted well, looks great on and is good quality. The two beds I ordered are well padded and wash nicely. I have only dealt with their customer service once but they were polite and friendly. Delivery is usually around a week and a half which is fine because I didn’t have to pay and I wasn’t in a rush to receive next day. Happy to recommend.

Order arrived as expected, very good value for Money giving everything seems to be going up these days. Took about 11 days but delivery was free. Cheers Lawrence

This company gives the impression it's in the UK. It's not, my order took nearly a month and the company had my money for ages before my item arrived. It was a house shaped dog bed but was squashed into a tight ball for shipping. Gave tracking reference but this only updated the day before the order arrived. Poor quality item and very poor customer service. AVOID, wish I had read reviews before ordering.

I really wish I’d read these reviews before placing an order. I made assumption it’s a UK company, but it’s obviously not from looking at all the feedback and unhappy customers. They do respond to emails I send to find out where my order is, but provide tracking numbers that don’t exist😳. It’s been 3 weeks now and still no sign of a delivery. Note to oneself, do your research before parting with hard earned cash.

I ordered a rectangle dog bed, good price, quality was better than expected, my only negative is that i would happily pay for next day delivery if this was an option, however also happy with feee delivery as most companies charge these days. LT

I dont normally write trust pilot reviews but i had to put somthing on. I purchased an indoor pet house but made a mistake on the order. I ordered the stars type but meant rabbit type, but as i submitted the order i knew i clicked the wrong one. I emailed petsnooze and they replied back to me in less than 10 mins,and sorted everything out. The item took 10 days to arrive but delivery was free and the item was perfect. I did see a few reviews which made me worried but from my own personal experience i was really happy and could not of asked for a better service. Hence i felt i should write a 5 star review, and will definatley buy again from petsnooze.

Ordered my pet bed nearly 3 weeks ago it’s been in transit since 1/9/22, still not arrived cannot contact petsnooze as not answering phone and emails not being delivered! Not happy!

3rd purchase, very happy with quality of items as the last one was a gift.

Took about a week and half to arrive but delivery was free, so with cost of living increases i cannot complain.

I also wish I’d read reviews. Ordered 10 Aug it’s now 30 Aug still no sign of my dog beds. They keep saying it’s been sent. Believe it when I see it.
