I recently bought an InnoPet Comfort EFA ECO stroller from Petsownus for my 12 year old Cavalier King Charles spaniel. He has a severe heart murmur and is very arthritic, so is no longer strong enough to go for walks. However, the stroller I bought is absolutely amazing and has enabled me to start taking him to his favourite lakeside spots again along rough terrain. It is really easy to push and, after some initial anxiety, my dog now seems very relaxed and comfortable sitting in it.

The customer support I received from Patrick was absolutely second-to-none. He kindly answered all of my queries prior to my purchase and reassured me that my choice of stroller was the right one for my dog’s needs. It was very competitively priced compared to other online retailers selling InnoPet dog strollers I checked. The stroller was shipped to me very quickly (I received it less than 48 hours after placing my order) and was well-packaged. I found it very quick and easy to put together. I would not hesitate to purchase from this company again. Thanks a million!

I can't recommend Petsownus highly enough. From their product range, pricing and top notch communications via WhatsApp chat - just perfect.
I took delivery* of a Comfort Air Eco yesterday. It was so simple to put together, and so sturdy and well made. It also looks fabulous! Took my elderly Shih Tzu, Sammy out for his first trips (the steeper uphill bits only) today, and he was so good.
*The 'Next Day' delivery didn't happen - but that's the carrier's fault.

I hadn’t ordered from this company before so was a little unsure. How wrong was I. Amazing customer service. Kept to date about everything through out. Even a phone call. The T6 dog pram is just the best and I I’m over the moon with it. Highly recommend and will definitely be buying from here again. Thankyou very much.

Dishonest marketing, this business took advantage of us when we were desperate and were looking for help for our crippled dog. They sold the dog wheelchair - Large Dog Wheelchair, Rear -Walkin’ Wheels with a 30 day no question return promise clearly prominent on their website.
When our dog could not get on with their product, they tried to get us to keep it and sell it ourselves. Then they warned that they might deduct 25-50% of the original price from the refund if it was found to be in a 'used condition'. They then deducted 75% of the original price from the refund because there was dog hair on a part of the wheelchair worth about £10.00 - retailing at £40.00. They also claimed the frame was scratched - this was not something we had noted when packing and photographing the item - but again a full respray of the item they claim was damaged would have been about £50.00 - this for an item costing £499.99

In response to the reply from‘Petsownus’ I stand by my review- any business that thinks a 75% deduction from refund is justified by ‘dog hairs’ is barking up the wrong tree.
For context- as they feel it is important - the wheelchair component parts were carefully wiped down and cleaned before returning them at considerable expense in the original packaging.
Potential customers of petsownus- be sensible look elsewhere- they’re quick to rebutt legitimate complaints and totally mercenary in their dealings either customers.
I’d give them 0 stars if I could.
I’d also point out that strangely they overhauled and updated their returns policy during this period - odd coincidence I think.

Patrick from petsownus was fantastic. Had a small issue with an item showing in stock but not actually being available. Patrick reached out to confirm timing and offered a refund if that was needed. Timing was critical as we had pet flights booked and needed an airline approved crate. Patrick stayed in close contact and made the process smooth and easy. Would recommend the team at petsownus based on the communication customer service alone!

Really happy with this pet stroller. It’s lightweight, easy to assemble, and very simple to fold away. The detachable carrier is quick to use, which makes vet trips so much easier.
I was a bit self-conscious about using a pram at first, but I genuinely love it now. It works perfectly for my dog and also fits both of my cats when needed. Plus, it looks beautiful — I love the colour.

Ordered a stroller for my dachshund who had a spinal opp. Price £300 elsewhere, got it from here for £221 delivered. Absolutely delighted. Delivered quickly and with no issues.

Absolutely excellent and very fast service. First stroller was sent with no wheels but lots of apologies & immediately replaced, & when I wasn’t happy with my first choice they sent another type for me to try on trust. I couldn’t be more happy with this company & their service. They really go out of their way to make sure they have happy customers. I am so pleased I used this company!
