Really helpful, friendly and professional service from the team when we approached them for product information whilst researching the products, they couldn't do enough and provided plenty of further information to help us. Easy to order and the dog buggy turned up a couple of days later.
Excellent product, really pleased with it and the information provided us bypass Own Us proved helpful.

Absolutely excellent and very fast service. First stroller was sent with no wheels but lots of apologies & immediately replaced, & when I wasn’t happy with my first choice they sent another type for me to try on trust. I couldn’t be more happy with this company & their service. They really go out of their way to make sure they have happy customers. I am so pleased I used this company!

Received new stroller. Unfortunately one of the tyres had a puncture. I need not have worried. When I informed the support team they were on the case immediately and everything was sorted. I would have given a 5 * review if stroller had been delivered with no fault.

I highly recommend it! Beautifully made carrier! Solid material, my dog ​​loves it in it, and best of all, it's light and comfortable for my dog! I recommend it.

What can I say , a fantastic company that has brilliant old fashioned customer care …where they go above and beyond to help you . I purchased the Innopet Monaco buggy as an upgrade from my former buggy but unfortunately there was a manufacters fault with it , which was no fault of Pets Own Us . I contacted them and to be honest was concerned how they would respond. They were absolutely fantastic!! I dealt with Patrick who was so incredibly helpful ,polite and professional. He arranged for the buggy to be collected from my home with no cost to myself , and I decided to replace it with the Innopet avenue and a refund of the difference. I received my new replacement buggy the next day after the other was collected and a couple of days later my refund was received.
I would advise anybody to use this company as they truly are fantastic….thank you Pets Own Us for everything and a special shout out to Patrick for all your help.

Fantastic company to deal with, amazing customer service and although we didn’t end up finding the right coat for our dog, they answered questions, were really helpful and so easy to communicate with to try and get the right size.

Ordered an innopet buggy up to 25kg. It was delivered within 48 hours and is a great product our dog (13kg cocker spaniel) loves it.
The hood height could do with been a bit taller as she has to lie down when its raining due to the lack of height but apart from that its perfect.

Absolutely delighted with my Innopet Allure dog pushchair. It's perfect for my elderly Westie cross - he can't walk far due to arthritis etc but the pushchair enables us both to make the most of our walks. The pushchair is very easy to assemble, smooth and lightweight to push, and folds up nicely for fitting into the car boot. Pleased with my purchase and very speedy delivery too.
