Purchase of a Chinook dog stroller

Rolls Royce of dog prams
We considered many makes and were drawn to your product. We were delighted when we received the pram which almost sprang out of the box. It is beautifully made and would suit a baby never mind a dog. It is of fantastic quality and so easy to use. Thank you for helping us as our dog has o broken leg and will be unable to walk for a long time. It is much admired

Customer service was responsive and helpful. While it's great that this company manages to import products from Europe, one has to be aware that delivery takes a long time. Would still recommend this company though.

Absolutely Fabulous Service!!! Highly recommend Petsownus. The service was impeccable. My initial queries in choosing a dog buggy were answered swiftly and thoroughly, the shipping was prompt and the price more competitive than others. I chose the Innopet Comfort EFA and it is a dream for both me and my boy. I am so happy with my purchasing experience and the end product. Great customer service
After ordering, I received regular email correspondence around timescale of delivery. After receipt of delivery I needed to return part of my order. This was all arranged for me at my convenience. I would definitely use this company in future. Customer service was excellent

We bought a where's winnie car dog bed…
We bought a where's winnie car dog seat for our cocker spaniel who is very anxious about travelling. I purchased the blue car seat and got an email back to say it was out of stock and told me the ETA on a blue seat or I could swap it for the green one which they sent a link and photo to show. I chose the green as we were due to travel in the next few days. The delivery was very quick (next day). Our dog absolutely loves his seat for the car. He fell asleep in it quite a few times. Andrea who dealt with it all and was efficient and kept us informed. We could also track our order which was great so we knew when to expect it as they used DPD who give you a 1hr slot. Would definitely buy again from petsownus.

I had a very good experience with Pets Own Us. I have a Malamute who has arthritis in her joints and the start of spondylitis in her back. I knew I wanted the Innopet Hercules 2.0, I had been tempted to buy it for over 2 years but I was told by family members that buying this buggy was a huge waste of money and my girl would not go into the buggy. After yet another small slow walk around the block with my girl, watching her struggle, enough was enough! We were both stuck at home, no decent walks to enjoy, I was feeling it mentally, it was getting me down and I knew my girl was fed up too. And guess what? My girl did take to the buggy, she jumps in on her own after a day of putting treats inside it before the day I took her out for the first time. My girl really enjoys being pushed around, it has made a massive difference to both our lives. We are out on our jaunts everyday now. I was only able to get this buggy because Pets Own Us gave the option of paying in 3 via PayPal, without this, there is no way I could afford to get my dog what she needed. The buggy arrived well packaged and communication with Pets Own Us Team members was a positive experience.
