I have ordered a robot hoover i can't even tell you what i received, not even a kid toy. I wanted to cry.

I wish i checked the reviews before i select pay.

I am taking a legal action against this company.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

COMPANY!!! My partner bought a robot vacuum which came without a dust box. When we emailed the company we were told to send the item back and they would refund it. To send this item back it would of cost nearly as much as what the vacuum cost. When we emailed them again to explain this they told us it had to be returned or they couldn't do anything. When buying this item we didn't realise the company was based in China as its called Pharamarket UK or we wouldn't of ordered it. We've emailed this company numerous times now but we are getting no reply. Absolutely disgusted as this was there fault so should be helping us out. After reading the reviews we wish we had never bought from them. AGAIN DO NOT BUY FROM PHARAMARKET UK!!!

Product arrived, design is different to advertised, and doesnt work.
I sent video proof of this and was asked to write a positive review before they would replace the item. Beware SCAM

I bought a robo vaccum, when it works it does good job considering the price. Also, the support team at Pharma market is good.

Costumer Services was very good with ..Friendly &professional team answering my email very quick (as I had question regarding the item)
The item comes on time ..good quality..Happy with it.

Purchased a fan from a company which comes across as UK based but it is most definitely not.
Fan arrives after a few days (purchased 2 as on offer!)
Connected one after filling water tank and all seemed fine. Switched off over night only to find next morning it had leaked water over wooden sideboard. Reported it to Pharma who requested images and video of failure.
Uploaded as requested, after chasing them for 4 days offered a full refund once units are returned. Cost of return package to China £29.00. At this point I thought I will cut my losses and forget about it. But, with damage to furniture and cleanly not a product fit for purpose I opted to return item and get some money back.
Posted item back in July 23. After some 34 communication emails I'm still no closer to a refund so decided to right off but not without the feedback.
Having spoken to 4 different staff who keep telling me they will chase a refund, I finally got a response saying they will replace the unit at their expense for a positive feedback. I didn't want a replacement unit as its not a safe product (water and electrics don't mix!). Returned product is now sat is Customs in China, they offered to refund yet again if I leave positive feedback first.
I'm refusing to do this as its not fair or accurate not to mention unsafe to provide positive feedback against a poor product and service. Pharma can keep the product and my money.
Word of warning for any Pharma customers, their product are unlikely to meet any UK safety requirements, this product carries no CE safety markings and are most definitely not based in the UK as implied. Whilst communication is slow but acceptable the service offered is shocking. Personally will never use this company again, they can keep the free replacements. Suggest anyone do a thorough check before purchasing. I've see similar review for the same product with similar experience.
Avoid if you can, purchase at your own risk. It is now Sept 27th 23 Thanks Pharma for nothing.

Complete bs. Purchased an item but wanted to return it, had to email a European address then was replied to by some Chinese fella. There’s no buyer protection like there is on Ebay or on Amazon, so you’re better off spending there. Returning the item means you purchase a customs form at your own cost, not theirs. Avoid!!!! It’s a very elaborate scam ❌

I've had a very good experience with purchasing my product.
The website was easy to navigate and ordering was seamless.
Customer service is great and quick to respond to any questions
Would definitely order again

Pharma uk .There for makes it very expensive to send back. Which is now not worth it which is want they want ! Or do you even get a refund? Very annoying and disappointing.

I received an XL which I ordered, however I realise I needed a larger size, in communications with two of their sales staff, They actually sent out a new one free of charge!
The Back support is quite robust and well made, really pleased with the product and communications.

Awful.Offered to replace a broken item free of charge as long as i left a positive review first before sending replacement to me.You can send it back to china for full refund at buyers cost.Will not be using them again.I kept broken item as not a great buying experience.

Avoid! Buyer beware. Company gives a European address on their website - very misleading, as returns are to China and the buyer pays the return postage. Very dishonest company. The products are not as good as claimed by the company or the reviews; did I get a bad batch? Worst online buying experience I have ever had. I will be telling all my friends to avoid this company. How is this company allowed to do business online?
