This company is a joke - they do not refund or replace

They sent me a damaged item and when I asked for a replacement they wanted me to lie and provide a good review on Trustpilot

They ignore emails also

I’m still awaiting a reply after almost 2 months

I wished I had read the reviews before ordering from them. Like many people that I have read about on the negative reviews, I bought a robot vacuum from the company. I thought they were a reputable European company based in France. THEY ARE NOT!! The vacuum took weeks to arrive and came from China. When it arrived, like other reviewer, it was not fit for purpose. It had no suction and just made a noise.
I contacted the company via email and was told the same as others - send back to China at my own cost (£19.04). Not worth sending back for a 'possible' refund of £16.00. I don't know what I was thinking when I bought from them.

STAY CLEAR. THIS IS A SCAM.

Purchased a robot hoover and it is absolutely rubbish barely works Pharma asked me to do a positive review and they would replace it🙄 lol but cannot replace an opened item 🙄🙄

They sent a useless robot vacuum. When I asked for a refund, I was told if I wrote a positive review I would get a replacement. I emailed back saying they are blackmailling me to lie. Their response was that that was their criteria.
Outrageous!

Product seems like it will work really well. Unfortunately mine was damaged on arrival but the customer service was exceptional and they sorted my issue very quickly.. Happy with this company and its service.. Can't wait to use the product!

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!! Sent a faulty item had to fight for a replacement back in sep dev and still left with a faulty item .. now the tracking is saying it’s been delivered and it’s nowhere to be seen ! Absolute disgrace have you off and keep your money !!!

The item arrived yesterday missing a wheel I sent a message letting them know. I got an email that said a new one is on it way to me. But the last two paragraph if the email they asked me for a review and screenshot of it. It appears if the review is not done you wont get a replacement or refund.

Item arrived and didn’t work but company have been very good and offered a replacement once this review has been left so looking forward to my replacement asap

AVOID THIS COMPANY. If it was possible to give 0 stars, I would have done so.
I ordered a robot vacuum from this company.
When it arrived 2 weeks later, it was of poor construction and did not actually suck up any dirt. All it did was make a noise.
I explained to the company that it was not fit for purpose and asked for a refund. They told me that I had to return it in its original packaging to an address in China at my own cost. This is a scam as they know most people won't bother doing that as the cost to return it would be more that it is worth.

whatever you do DO NOT order anything from this shower I ordered an air con unit in September and it didn’t arrive. Many emails to them ignored. Finally they said they would only send it IF I gave them a 5 Star review and sent them a copy first !!!! Don’t be fooled into thinking this stuff comes from France It’s all China AVOID at all costs

Email from company saying they have concrete proof of me receiving the parcel, despite the fact I was several thousand miles away at the time, and the photo doesn't contain a picture of me, and I've never received the product. I have video evidence of the delivery person walking away from the house with the parcel in their hands.
Total crooks.

Vacuum arrived promptly and was well packaged.
Tracking of package was provided throughout

Awful customer service. Waited ages for the watch to arrive e just to find out that it doesn't work correctly, doesn't give you readings, also doesn't track properly along with the battery only lasting barely half a day. I purchased for my partner as a gift and when I contacted customer service via email they told me that I had to leave a positive review for them to send me a replacement watch however I won't do that unless I got the watch first. They haven't sent me a replacement nor offered me a refund. I am absolutely fuming with this company that are ripping the hard honest working citizen off. Please stay away from this company

I ordered a robot vacuum which had very good reviews. Sadly when mine arrived it was faulty. I emailed the company who promptly responded requesting a video of the issue. The video was sent showing the problem and I am told replacement device is about to be despatched to me.

I ordered a Robot Vacuum cleaner unfortunately I did not receive it as there was a problem with the shipping at the UK end. I contacted Pharmamarket and they have confirmed they will sent out another one.

Spoilt for choice. So many watches to choose from. Lovely large face so easy to read. Lots of functions on the watch. The strap is wide and a comfy fit. Highly recommend.
Found watch would not charge. Company offered replacement. Never happened. Stopped replying to my emails. Had to get my bank involved to get my money refunded.

Disgusting false advertising. How are they getting away with this????
Beware of purchasing anything from this company. Based in China. SCAMMERS.

Customer service is excellent, there was a mix up with the product I ordered, I had received the wrong one. I contacted the company and is was quickly resolved. I am now waiting for my order of the clean robotic hoover and will review again when I have used it.
