AVOID BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!!
These people are scammmers. They sent me a defective item - vaccum cleaner and upon following up they keep sending Same mail to send video of the faulty product and send defective item back to China, they will analyse and then refund the amount.

Sending the item by courier to China will cost more than the product price.
I am receiving same mail copy pasted every time.
TRUST ME DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

My smart watch was excellent but developed a fault, they replaced without issue in a matter of days. No arguments, no long drawn out execrichse of emailing back and forth. Just an apology and a replacement. Great customer service and very easy to deal with.

I had a problem with my Sweeping Robot, contacted company and they issued a replacement without a problem

Sent me a faulty product, then blackmailed me into leaving them a positive review before they would send me a new one, or make me pay to send the faulty product back to a warehouse in China.

This is what I have been sent regarding the poor quality and marked clogs that I bought. They are portrayed as a UK company but they are not. They are basically using blackmailing tactics to get positive feedback. No refund available unless you return item to China, despite sending photo as requested.Wish I had read the other reviews before buying. AVOID.

I PAID £35 for what I was expecting a good quality pair of suede clogs. Unfortunately the clogs were of VERY POOR QUALITY from China worth about £2.99. I did try to cancel as soon as the order was placed, after reading the reviews. They answered pack 3 days later saying they'd been dispatched. I would NOT recommend this company.

If there is option -10 I will give it.ypu get rubish product and wasting tine. Customer service asked me to review 5 star than replaced product. They sent me used product charging New product price. Asking sending to China. Please do not waste your time and money.

I made the mistake of not reading the reviews before ordering. When I tried to cancel my order less than 12 hours after purchasing, they refused, claiming the order had been "processed," which essentially meant they had recorded the transaction. Despite this, the item was not shipped until six days later (I have not received it yet). When I inquired about returning the item once it arrived, they did not respond to the question and simply kept repeating that "they cannot make any changes to the order".
FYI, the products are actually shipped from China, and the customer service online representative barely speaks English and sounds impolite. If you try to call, the main office is in Le Mans, France, where they only speak French and do not answer the phone or return messages (I am French and managed to leave one).

I ordered the robot hoover but unfortunately it was faulty. After emailing the company they replied promptly and will be sending out a replacement hoover.
I’m impressed by how quick the problem was rectified.
