I ordered the robot hoover but unfortunately it was faulty. After emailing the company they replied promptly and will be sending out a replacement hoover.

SCAM ALERT. This is not a legitimate company. They portray themselves as being UK based and then send broken or fake items. They insist on any returns being sent to China which costs in excess of £30. They then claim to not receive them so you lose all your money. Report to trading standards BEWaRE

I would give zero if possible, the picture used to illustrate Birkenstock is not what is sent, product from china and size are nearly 2 sizes too small, with glue coming out the sides, cheap shoddy product!

ZERO STAR
The only reason this has one star, is because I am unable to give it zero. I ordered some shoes size 38 not realising they would be shipped from China!! I waited ages for delivery, then they sent the wrong size, they sent 39s. I have tried to get a return label and refund but they want me to cover the cost to send them back, when they say if cleared I will get a refund. Not only am I not willing to pay postage for their error, I don’t trust them to pay the refund. Shocking customer service.

Same as another buyer. Bought 'leather' clogs at £39 and they are not worth £3.99! Absolute rubbish. They wanted me to send it to China at a cost of £25 and when I try to phone Head Office, no-one speaks English. Ive emailed, but they have gone silent.

The products are toys, bad quality. If you want to ask for a refund they ask you to send it yourself so you need to pay the delivery. WORST place to buy anything.
Terrible cheap item
Terrible cheap item. I stupidly ordered some suede mules costing £39 after reading the reviews which are obviously fake. They arrived yesterday and the quality is extremely poor. They smell of plastic and arrived squashed in the post. It will now cost me £13 to return them to China. I thought I was buying from a UK website. DONT BE A FOOL LIKE ME AND BUY FROM HERE!!

I purchased a product from Pharmamarket UK when arrived I realised it was to small for me I contacted them to inform them of this. They were very professional and quick in their response to resolve this issue for me. Have sent out a replacement for me. I am very happy with the time frame and how everything has been dealt with. The product is of high quality and I will be recommending the company to family and friends. Thank you for all your help and support.

TRULY DREADFUL COMPANY. BEWARE.
I bought a smartwatch which burnt my wrist and was told I had to return it to China which I did on 18.12.23 at a cost of £16.44 tracked and signed for. After 3 months of chasing with no support aching customs returned it to me. Royal Mail said there was no legitimate reason to send it back but quickly provided a refund of my postag Pharmamarket HQ in Belgium keep fobbing me off saying they will look into the matter then I hear nothing more. It is apparently in their management team hands. I have never dealt with such a dreadful company before and would advise anyone not to use them. I even sent a photo of the burn mark on my wrist and still no interest in customer care. I am now going to report them to the consumer ombudsman and any other official body who are willing to blacklist companies like this.

STAY! AWAY! They sent me a broken vacuum, I then asked for a replacement or refund, they said they will refund me, but I have to leave a good review (blackmail) I said how can I if you sent me a broken item. Then I said I want a refund, your item doesn’t work. They then say you have to send it back to us in France so that we can refund you. Eventually I said fine. And I had to pay to return it to them despite the fact they are the ones who gave me a faulty item so they should pay for the return not ME. Anyway it gets worse I returned the item and I returned it from London so didn’t want to pay so much extra for tracked.I sent them proof I’ve sent it back to them! They now claim they need a “tracked receipt” how extra and stupid, can’t they check the receipt it has been sent back to them clearly so why do they need extra bit. They made me pay to return it and now say it’s not a good enough receipt absolutely stupid poor and greedy people. They just want to keep your money. I wish I read the pooor reviews earlier as it seems I wasn’t the first person to be scammed or treated this way. Absolutely cons! I will contact citizens advice and make a legal report

My wife bought a DT100 Smart watch for me as a Christmas present and wore it about 5 weeks before it became dangerously hot to touch and then died.
You told me to give you a good review, send photos and video and said you would replace it free of charge, Order Number was: 3932.
Since 25 March 2024 you have not replied or replaced the item. I therefore take back my positive review you asked for and would not consider buying from you again!
Don’t buy. Wasting your money
Customer service ok. I been communicating with them to change adress , they answer quickly. But I received my order horrible robot so light and it stayed in one place doesn’t move at all. Horrible. Wasting money. And I ask refund they don’t do. Wasting my time and money.
