An excellent website and company. I brought a product from them which was great but unfortu stopped working. I contacted them via email as I had 1 years warranty with the product. They got back to me very quickly and helped and assured me that I'd get a replacement. Customer service has been great. Highly recommend Pharamarket.

The customer service team was very helpful when I complained about an issue I was having with the product. They are sending me a replacement free of charge.

Rip off company. I was tricked into ordering 2 products, I had to cancel one of them. When the sweeper robot vacuum arrived it was very poor quality and did not work. Do not buy from this company. I do wish I had read trustpilot reviews before ordering.

My order came through quickly and worked very well on our hard wood floors!

Shocking. Scam company. When asking for a refund in my faulty, extremely low quailty goods I was told I have to send back to china at my expense. (Evan tho their name is pharmamarket UK) Or told if I leave a good review they will send me out a new one. I would rather swallow the money than be blackmailed into writing a good review on a shocking product and experience. Please don’t fall into the same trap as I did and stay away. I mean, genius scammers as everything looked so genuine but so sad for us loosing our hard earnt money to them. We live and learn. Gutted.

bought a robot sweeper, for carpets and it wont go on a carper - sent back to China £20+ signed for - they are looking for it and wont now reply to my emails eithe to France or China

I eventually got a refund (obviously not including my return cost by going through the debit card provider. Never heard a word from Pharma after they said they would look for the signed for goods

I purchased a robot vacuum but the wrong item was sent. When I got in touch they said that they were willing to send our another robot as they made a mistake. There was tracking through out the process so you have an idea when to expect it.

The seller has been very gracious in arranging a replacement watch to replace the original one that, sadly, went faulty.
They're response was immediate and very reassuring.
I would recommend them to friends and family anytime.

Terrible. Scam robot Hoover scam didn't work and wanted me to send it back to China at my expense. Low and painful emails. Despite saying on there website

I made a purchase of a smart watch from this company and it had a problem. I reached out to them and they have been very responsive. I am waiting for a replacement and will update this review on how it went. So far they have been very good…… I have received my replacement 15 days later. The product was inferior and delivery took long. For a full refund I will need to send the product back to China and bear the shipping cost. It’s not worth the trouble and time. Totally not recommended.

The product arrived promptly with updates throughout delivery.
I did have to get in touch regarding a problem which was sorted professionally and efficiently. I am looking forward to the outcome of our communication.

After a slight problem with my order it was soon put right very quickly by the customer services team. All good.

I bought a device from this market, but it didn’t work. When I asked for refund they said if I write a good review then I can get a new one or a refund. when I didn’t, they didn’t my money back.
Any time I bought something from china, I had problem. It is better to buy your purchase from another market, then it is safe.

I ordered a posture corrector vest on the 14th of February. I was going to use Amazon but decided to give a smaller company a chance. Big mistake.
15th February I received an email saying my product would be delivered in 7-10 it wasn’t.
It actually arrived on the 29th February and upon inspecting the posture corrector it was clearly very cheap.
I checked the parcel tracking and the item had actually been made and sent from China?
I used this company as I believed, by their name, they was a UK based company. They’re not.
I enquired about a refund and was told I would have to return the product, at my own expense, to China!!

I didn’t buy it from China, I bought it from a company I believed was based in the UK but are actually based in France.

I cut my losses and binned the item. But please, do not use this company. I’m led to believe, if you have an issue they expect you to leave a 5 star review in order for them to take action. Hence why they have some 5 starts. Don’t fall for it.

Do not buy from this company. It is a scam. They send you very low quality products and lots of restrictions when you ask for a return. The most ridiculous thing is they request you to ship back to China and postage cost is on customer. Not recommended.

Do not buy from this company. All products have 5 stars, as it won’t allow you to leave a negative!!! Products are very poorly made and they don’t give you a refund after returning your product.

There is no minus rating. Or else I would minus 10. Bought the robot cleaner but it didn’t work . Pharmamarket asked me to send it back to China for a refund. But it has never mentioned customers need to send faulty products to China . The mail cost would be higher than the cost of the product, so I asked for a replacement. But Pharmamarket threatened me to write a positive review or they wouldn’t send me a replacement. Ok, I wrote a positive review and they sent me a replacement. But the new robot cleaner doesn’t work like the first one I received. Then I contacted Pharmamarkeg again. They simply ignored me and ghosted me. I really doubt if that robot cleaner can work as advertised. Basically, the whole product, the company alike, is a scam. DONT buy anything from Pharmamarket UK. It’s NOT based in the UK. DONT be the next victim like me.

Wish I had read these reviews sooner. Ordered the robot vacuum without realising it was coming from china. Was sent a dispatch notification on the 12th and then 4 mins later I was sent another saying pending. I wrote to the company asking what was going on and they didn’t answer my question, just said delivery can be expected 7-15 days after dispatch. Came to trust pilot and that’s when I seen all the other terrible reviews. I reported the transaction to my bank and uploaded all of the reviews here and my bank refunded me. Tried asking the company for a refund and like everyone else was told they can’t. They were extremely rude also. Everyone should report them to the trading standards so they are shut down

This company, Pharmarket UK , has been extremely helpful in solving my problem. They have kept in contact with me and have kindly offered to replace the item. Very good service.

Yea great item.. turn on go out come back job done. Makes life easier..what a pile of s*****.. they had a gun to my head when I made earlier comment.....
