I got sent the wrong document I asked for and it related to another person.
Missing account error, no response
Person that answered admitted they were new to the company, however they informed me that they couldn't locate my Plan, and then did but continued to tell me that it wasn't mine, as it was in a someone else's account! Scary stuff. Also sent an email informing them of this and have received no response at all. Must admit, company is not installing any confidence with my money.

Trying to get my pension took nearly 4 months after sending the wrong paperwork to me I spent nearly £50 on 1st class recorded delivery sending forms to my old factory who I haven't worked for over 20 years
It has taken months and months …
It has taken months and months and months I still haven't received my money yet the value on my pension has fallen in value during this long process I feel I was coerced into using hub financial as the agent to get my money out as I was offered a "Hobsons Choice" either use them of face even a longer waiting time.
