Thank you! However…. I was thrilled with the thought of receiving my new water filter. It came packed really nice. The first thing I noticed is that the stand did not come with it! I was understanding that it would because no where did I see where the stand was sold separately and it even had it pictured in my orders of what was included. That was a disappointment! Then the directions! Whew! I had to get a magnifying glass to read them…. Then your 5 minute assembly took a lot longer. To prime the filters was very difficult. Most kitchens today don’t have just a faucet so I had to go outside to an outside faucet to try and prime the filters which it was very difficult to try and hold them up there to get a good seal! I got several “showers” myself but I think I did them ok finally! Well, I have it together at the sink to be sure I tightened everything enough but not over tightened so nothing leaks! Maybe an adapter might be in the near future to help people with different Variety of faucets to get the filters primed! Overall, I am hoping the quality of the water is as I hope for and the product is lasting. So I am also wondering if I got the stainless steel faucet because it seems like the add wants me to replace it? So I guess I am wondering how much the stand cost and what size you offer.

Confident of clean water
Customer service answered all my questions and kept me informed of arrival status. Product as described. I am happy for clean water!!

A Great start
What we did receive looks amazing. What we didn’t receive is #1 a physical manual or #2 any indication before buying that fluoride removal required an additional $100 filter which is half the price of the whole unit… quite deceiving.

I was very skeptical about how good the water would taste as I am very fussy about the water I drink and very happy to say it has taken all the clorein taste out of the water from my tap now I can save money and stop buying bottled water thank you 😊
