Wow, what a relief when I found Pikl! I had been tirelessly searching for a contents insurance policy that would also cover me when letting my property for a couple of months. Ryan was so helpful and kind. It was great to speak to someone who understood what I needed and could work with me while I had a whining baby and phone signal issues. He told me how long each step of the process would take, and the fact that I now have time to write this review proves that he was efficient. Thank you Pikl and Ryan! I am a very happy customer.

Pikl customer service is exemplary.
I have just taken out a policy for tenancy, contents and buildings insurance. Firstly the website is easy to use and quickly generated a quotation for my cover, secondly, Max who then worked through that quote with me to sort out my cover was, friendly, efficient knowledgable and answered the phone !! After spending HOURS trying to speak to countrywide and the Halifax that in itself was wonderful. Thank you Pikl, thank you Max.

I took out a landlord insurance and after a few months I cancelled it. I spoke to a member of staff to confirm it was cancelled and the account was settled. I also go an email to confirm all this.
A month or so later I received letters and phone calls from premfina and CARS stating I owe money and they also added an additional fine. I called PIKL and they couldn’t help and stated they use premfina for finance and I also had to cancel with them.
I’ve ended up paying CARS debt collection as I was fed up with letters and ghost calls from them. I will never use PIKL insurance again. Absolute headache.
