I was planning to Air B&B my house for a short while and stumbled across Piki. I signed up for house and contents insurance with the add on for Air B&B. Price and cover were similar to what I usually pay. I signed up to pay monthly. I normally pay up front for the year.
I had to cancel the add on for Air B&B as my circumstances altered. I received a prompt refund from Piki.
I was then informed I couldn’t pay monthly. Fine, not a problem. However, it meant I looked elsewhere and found an alternative policy that better meets my needs as my policy doesn’t run out for another week.
I notified Piki and was informed I would be refunded. I then received an email requesting full bank card details including my cvc number!!! And that is absolutely not ok. This company are either incompetent or running a fraud racket.

Just want I needed. Host insurance to cover a one bedroom B&B. Easy to get the quote and complete purchase online. Highly recommended.
