Wonderful experience insuring through Pikl. A stressful situation was made simple and straightforward by Keith who took us through the process with professionalism, kindness and good humour

My experience was excellent Keith and Will were well organised and polite. Dealt with my renewal swiftly and even saved me some money from last year’s policy too. Overall very impressed with the service and would truly recommend to anyone looking for an efficient and competitive service. Very professional team and liked the manner in which they handle my situation.

I think this company is doing very well in its choice of staff. It made the experience of buying a new house insurance which includes doing airbnb from my home a surprisingly easy and pleasant experience. Hannah was extremely helpul , clear with the information and friendly to talk to. She got through it very quickly and i think found me a very reasonable quote so i signed up straight away. Thankyou Hannah. Prior to speaking to Hannah the people i was arranging the phone appointment with were also very friendly. No one sounded like a robot reading from script - which is so unusual today.

Pikl provided a very flexible insurance product for our multi unit holiday home. Many other insurers declined our property, but Pikl was able to find us a great product at a great rate, with the flexibility we needed. But what really made Pikl great was their customer service. Jasmyn was very helfpul, her explanations were clear, she was easy to communicate with, and she had great knowledge of the products and fantastic customer service. It was great to feel like I was talking to a real personable knowledgable human and not a scripted call centre. I highly recommend using Pikl.

Thank you to Keith for giving his time and expertise to go through the different options for my buy to let insurance. He got me an excellent deal. My renewal premium quote was for £362.05. He found a deal for me that was significantly cheaper £232.75. I was really delighted and appreciated his patience in answering my many questions and his efforts to find me a better deal.

Additionally, Pikl were so professional, helpful and patient throughout the process when a potential claim arose four days before renewal.
