Pikl were seemingly the only company able to offer us buildings and contents insurance to cover our house and also the annex which we rent out on Air BnB. In all the many phone calls it took to organise this, Maria, who took my calls each time, was incredibly helpful. Great to have to continuity of speaking to the same person each time, and not only that, but knowledgeable and pleasant and helpful.

Jasmine was the person who dealt with my renewal. She was so patient, helpful and clear with explaining options.
Of course, the real test would be if I needed to make a claim. In the unlikely event of that, I’m sure I would have the same excellent service.

What great customer service I have had from Pikl. A company that when they say they will get back to you they do and within a reasonable time. Really felt valued and appreciated by the two agents I spoke to on two separate occasions (Lauren and Maria) and they were really helpful.
They also gave a really competitive quote.

Although it was difficult to get through to Pikl on the phone, once I did make contact the service was excellent. Lauren was very helpful and patient in explaining everything to me. Then once I had decided which policies I wanted to take out all the documents were sent to me in minutes. I would be happy to recommend Pikl to other people.

Very easy to use service that gave an extra peace of mind when adding on host insurance top up to cover any incidents for our Airbnb rental. Luckily there was no need to process any claims/issues so can't comment on that side but was very happy with their pricing, renewal options, coverage and overall customer service

Easy and straight forward to renew. Didn't have experience claiming anything just yet so don't know they will handling the claim but the customer services was helpful when I rang asking some further questions.

Really poor experience with Pikl. Rude staff seemly taking glee out of my personal situation (Leaving the UK for 18 months) and declining insurance with no further help provided. The agent had absolutely no tact what's so ever! Very disappointed.
