I ordered two pants sets from this company. When they arrived I tried them on and they were to big despite me ordering the smallest size. I wanted to return them. According to their website you can return items for a refund within 14 days. I contacted customer services and they refused to provide me with a returns label despite me being happy to pay for postage. And they would only refund me half of my money. I raised it with PayPal and they were just as useless and wouldn't help me even though I escalated it. I am now reporting this company to UKICC and reporting PayPal too. Do not buy from this website. They have broken the law in regards to Consumers Rights Act 2015.

just put it up by the window
setup took like a minute. the grip at the handle feels sturdy, i’ve tried shifting it to different spots, no wobble. so far just using a led candle, fits without squeezing.

I needed something quickly and this worked well. It's not premium quality, but it doesn't seem like it will break right away either. It serves the purpose I bought it for.

I have continually requested a refund…
I have continually requested a refund and not received it. Every time I send an email, I get an automated reply saying they have replied. I cancelled the order less than 24 hours of ordering, so no excuse for not refunding my money. Yet another scam it appears!

Ordered trousers but colour and size not as described. Have tried to contact through website but page not recognised. Have copied the email address left by company on another review on Trustpilot but email undeliverable.

Surprisingly Useful and Compact Tool
I bought two of these mini devices, initially thinking they were just toys. I recommend them as handy backup tools for emergencies.

Bought two of these great tops
Bought two of these lovely jumpers, they arrived on time and well packaged, I was kept up to date with delivery times, the jumpers are a nice soft fabric and have beautiful vibrant colours, the summer blue one is particularly a lovely colour, they have washed very well and kept the colours and shape, they do need a quick iron but once ironed they hang up cress free, I would buy them again
