UPDATE. AFTER GOD KNOWS HOW MANY E-MAILS RECEIVED REPLACEMENT TODAY AND GUESS WHAT THE VERY SAME DRESS SO NOW HAVE 2 DRESSES THAT DON'T FIT .WHAT A JOKE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Waiting to return 2 dresses, need returns label, keep getting same email response. Last one asked me how I rated their response!! What a joke

I ordered a dress from here . Was not suitable. Asked for free returns label as per their terms and conditions. Tried to fob me off . 4 weeks later after many e mails I get TERA WHO IS SUPPOSEDLY GOING TO SORT IT UNTIL I SAY I WANT A FULL REFUND .. then nothing . Don’t waster your money

Got my order today. Can’t fault them. I was worried seeing the bad comments so guess I’m one of the lucky ones.

Absolute scam of a company. Still waiting for my order since 9th May and when you email they say its in transit wait 3 to 5 days 😒 I am giving up hope and will learn my lesson from ordering from a Facebook Ad.

Items never arrived. Email them and they keep saying it’s in transit. Scammers - avoid at all costs

Bought 2 dresses - took nearly 3 weeks to arrive and fabric was poor quality and design not as shown in video advert. (FB). Have emailed customer service 7 times - first reply reassured me they would find a solution and asked for my reasons for return. Since then (after listing my reasons and requesting instructions for return) they just reply saying they’ve already replied and I should read my emails! Seems from other comments, this is what they do. Absolute disgrace. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Reading all the negative reviews I don't agree I have now received my 3rd dress within under 2 weeks and really satisfied with size, material just love them all.

AVOID this company. They say free returns in ads but won't accept returns as they say too expensive to return. They offered part refund in 2 working days but gave had nothing. Scam company advertising on Facebook

Do not waste your money! Ordered a jumpsuit & wrong item delivered. Customer Services non existant . Total scam company getting away with widely advertising on FB

Customer services non existent. Do Not believe any reviews giving merit to this company and its clothing.
They don't want me to return the item and suggested I sell it on to someone else to get my money back. My jumpsuit is no where near true to size and poor quality and definitely not value for money. Shame on the woman flogging this clothing on Facebook...what a con. I think everyone affected should leave negative comments on any further adverts they see.

Don’t deserve 1 star. Ordered. Dress in 16 sent size 22. Like a dishrag.

Totally agree with everyone before trying to return something's I just keep getting automated emails. Should have been more careful and not ordered from Facebook

I have 4 jumpers that need to be returned, much too small. I have emailed 9 times since February asking for a returns label or details. They have answered two or three times saying it will be attended to but nothing happens. I probably made a mistake in telling them I'm going away in a couple of days - they will use that to their favour. I have lost £50 on their absolute trash clothing.
WARNING:- DO NOT BUY FROM HERE _ THEY ARE LITTLE LESS THAN THIEVES.

I am trying to contact the company but there is no phone number for customer service and the email just keeps returning saying no service how do you send an item back and get your money back

I ordered a dress and it arrived in England. Now it has been stuck In North West Midlands MC since February 27. Royal Mail are no help, I keep getting fobbed off. I don't even live anywhere near where it is. I'm fed up with customer services too as keep getting same message to wait.

When I ordered a dress I didn't get order confirmation after few days I googled the company and found these reviews so I didn't hold out much hope, the dress did arrive in about 2weeks, when I opened it I was pleasantly surprised, it looked a different shade of red not so dark, and I will wear it in the nicer weather, not sure if I would order again as by the sounds of it I have been lucky

I should have known better than to trust a Facebook advert. Ordered a top which looked a really lovely velvet type material with sequin inset front. What I received was cheap tacky clingy fabric with bits of white thread embedded. The sequin panel wasn’t even sewn in and hung loose and flapping around showing underwear.
No returns note or any info on how to return.
Waste of money and so disappointing

Do not order from this company, I ordered a top that looked lovely in the advert but when it came it looked like a dishcloth all screwed up far to small & the material is so thin it must have cost them pennies to knock up. Lesson learnt I'm only ordering from UK high street company's from now on.
