First time to book our family ticket to Philippines with Aero Travels, with the assistance of our agent Haidie and I can say, she is very good in dealing with our request and questions. Our trip will be in December and I was assured that I will still get her assistance if needed to. Haidie was such a lively person to talk to and very helpful. Looking forward to a more booking with her in the future...

Very good customer service. The agent is very helpful and always informed us quickly if there are some changes in our flight. She's doing her job properly.

Booking my flight from this agency is hassle free. It went over and beyond my expectations. They have the installment option for people like me who cannot pay the fare in one go. The agent, Mam Heidi is very accommodating and friendly. Going home to my country this Christmas and I am very excited. It would have been impossible if not because of the help from Mam Heidi. Will surely book again for the next vacation through this agency. 👏👏👏
