I am very happy with my new plants. They came after a little delay with delivery that was immediately addressed by the store. They were delivered with great care and the person who dropped them off was both friendly and helpful. We chatted about plant care and the store. Plant and People is a fantastic business who sources their plants from nearby so the quality is great. Can't wait to buy more!

Gorgeous, healthy & big plants!
I’ve never seen such happy/healthy plants straight out of the box, especially in this intense heat. These are my first plants after having to let mine go to move across country, then losing all my cuttings half way. I researched for two weeks and heard the name Plant And People several times and everyone was right. I was also amazed at how well they packed the plants because the box looked like the postal service played kickball with it but the plants were nestled safely inside like they were hand delivered. I’ll be purchasing from them again 💯!!!

Sorry you feel this way. Your address was undeliverable which lead the shipper to return the package. We offered to refund but you did not respond. We ship several packages weekly and they are delivered to the correct shipping address.
Slow delivery
I received my order 17 days after ordering, not great for the current growing season; there was also some ambiguity on the website concerning live plants versus seeds. There were extra flower seeds included with my order, though.

We’ve updated our website to reflect that we sell plant seeds instead of the actual plant. We thought it would be good to show customers a photo and use of a developed plant.
Our shipping occurs 2x weekly but we cannot determine the services of the shipper. Thanks for the feedback. Don’t hesitate to reach us if you have an order that should be expedited. We can suggest other shipping methods. We thank you.

What terrific service I received from Cherron and her team. They are knowledgeable about the plants they sell, responsive to questions and their customer service is unparalleled. They personally delivered a large and hard-to-find plant to me 2 hours from their shop!
