They are fraud. I ordered four plants, all of four came in worst condition.leaves were completely shredded. When I requested to replace or return it, they didn't even reply on time. After waiting for around a week, they sent me an email promising to resend plants.but still didn't not receive any mail nor even plants, now they are not even responding and not even taking calls. I don't know whether they blocked my number or what, but this is really disgusting. Do not ever buy anything from them . They are fraud.. cheater...

this doesn’t work for outdoor plants. it says different things on the same day.

I like to have rare plants which I can not get from other websites delivered to my place but plants guru only made it possible. Kudos to them by providing the service.

Terrible experience.one of the Plants sent is literally a baby recently germinated . Noone responds to my plea that the plant received were will take a long time to grow as the stem is so think and small.Right now its struggling to survive

I had paid for 2 plants , received only 1.

Absolutely disgusting service. Money looters. Sent me a avocado plant which is not grafted by saying its grafted. The leaves and stem are rotting! Dont buy from plant guru, they are cheating people left right and centre. Wasted ₹850.

I read gavathi rose plant in Aug 21. Plant is ready in good condition and growing well.

This company sells FAKE seamoss. It's not wildcrafted it's farm raised and super salty thick nothing like the real stuff you get shipped in from other countries. Rule of thumb i've only found REAL seamoss with black owned companies. They have connections to the islands, Americans do not they are just trying to take advantage of the Dr. Sebi legacy and the black vegan movement. Buyer Beware this is May of 2021!

They don’t respond to your calls/mails or online chats. This is a fraudulent website..all they want is to rip your money and send some cheap irrelevant dead plants..STAY AWAY from this site..there are multiple sites that does great service

Plantsguru is a fraud portal. Please do not order. I spent Rs. 2,294 on 6 plants. They sent me almost dead plants. Agreed for replacement of 2 plants which they didn't. No refund so far. Most pathetic and cheaters. Wish someone takes severe action against them.

I ordered Augusta plant under order# 67897 ,After 40 days they delivered completed dead plant . when i open pack i got only dead leaves and pot . I totally wasted my money 650/-

Had booked orders in July and was told scheduled for dispatch on 26th August 2020..
Waited a few days more then sent a mail.... No Response
Called, called,called,called..finaly day 3 heard a voice on the other end who promised dispatch by evening.... didn't happy for 8 more days.
Was difficult to call as NO ONE WOULD ANSWER thus makes were of no use.
Finally was told dispatch made but items yet to be collected by courier agency.. didn't happen until 10th September 2020
Received delivery in POOR condition as plants had be packed on 8th until 14th in humid and Hot weather
Several plants stressed obe DEAD others..... well time will tell.... but NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I BOOK HERE. SPENT SEVERAL SLEEPLESS NIGHTS anx feel exhausted by this experience which should have been PLEASANT.
All you plant lovers tred with caution as nothing is ever as promised nor anywhere like you would see on their web page.

Pathetic customer service. Incorrect and dead plants delivered. No way of returning or getting in touch with their customer service. Haven't received response over emails or my messages over their social media accounts. Do not buy from the site you would repent ordering from them.

No response no updates nothing. Very unprofessional as deceiving the customer. If you can’t handle high orders shutdown the site. I want a refund don’t know how thou. Hope no one else gets trapped.

I am unable to order from their website. It seems that their website crashed. Wasted a lot of time in selecting the plants but ultimately unable to pass the command.

Ordered 2 plants from plantsguru, both were awesome and in good condition. Exactly as shown in images.
Earlier bought plants and bonsai from amazon.in, had very bad experience,,,, but PlantsGuru was awsome.
