We were thrilled to partner with Platinum Properties for a deal sourcing challenge at our hotel in the Lake District. Lewis and Scott were amazing, they helped coach and support 8 participants who were new to the business. They were full of great advice and knowledge. And they helped package and sell 3 deals to investors. Can’t wait to host another event with Platinum Properties!

Just spent three days alongside the incredible Platinum property team and it was an absolute pleasure. They are a great bunch of guys with remarkably in-depth knowledge and hands on experience of property strategies around the North East. Wonderful mentors with great energy and enthusiasm. I’m immensely grateful for having had the opportunity to learn from them and to get to know them.

Just finished a 1week Deals Sourcing challenge where we’ve been mentored by Lewis and Scott. This guys are just AMAZING and I cannot thank them enough for everything they did for us. Thanks Lewis and Scott for all your patience with us, thank you for the tips, thank you for all your support and thank you for accepting to be our mentors !!

Just spent a week with Lewis and Scott from the Platinum Property Team and a group of property investors at the Berry boutique for a deal sourcing challenge. The experience has been unbelievable. Great weekend being mentored

Been dealing with the platinum property team on a few projects and they have been fantastic from start to finish, very professional would use again 100% and recommend to family and friends .

Recently went on a site tour that Martin, Sarah, Lewis and Scott had arranged. It was great to see live projects/sites. Any questions asked were answered in depth and full of knowledge! It was very much appreciated. Would highly recommended to anybody.

Was a great to actually visit 2 live sites which was run by Martin, Sarah and Lewis. They all brought so much value which helped understand the fundamentals of starting and managing a project. Really appreciate the time and effort they all put in, look forward to the next ones!

I'm only a few weeks in with the Platinum Property team. But do far all good, they have managed to source me a property which is going through legals at the moment. Communication excellent and all very straight forward. I'll report back in a few months hopefully with more positives but so far impressive.

First time using Platinum Properties and couldn’t recommended them enough! Fantastic so far, first project BRRR HMO- sourced, project managed, weekly updates, all questions answered, staging process to be completed and jobs a gooden!

We use the platinum property team for a full hands of service where they sourced us a property in the North East of England & managed the refurb with their full build team provide us a solicitor, a mortgage advisor & also staged the whole property for us as well to make it fully hands off smooth process. They were really easy to work with & it was a great experience working with them & their team. I'm very excited to do more deals with them in the future & would 100% recommend them to everybody.

Lewis and the team are very professional and super responsive. I always feel like they are very easy to get hold of if I have any questions. The team are surrounded by a great power team which takes out a lot of stress in the process.
