I bought PlayBeatz and at the beginning was excited. Unfortunately, nobody could hear what I was saying.
The worst part of my experience with these earbuds was when they fell apart!!! YES The part that goes in your ear (protective mesh) came apart. First, one of them fell out of my ear & completely fell into pieces. So, I tried to use just the one that was left. Then, in less than 2 wks- BAM the other one fell into pieces.
Needless to say, DON'T BUY THEM
EVEN FOR 5CENTS.

this product is pure junk. Would not hold a charge, the little sound i got was junk. Tried to return but getting complete run around. SCAM

WARNING Do not deal with this company. The ear buds are crap and so are their guarantee. I paid for a lifetime warranty ( £10) and when the buds failed after a couple of months I asked for a replacement under the warranty. Their reply, we’re having trouble with supplies due to COVID. I then asked for a refund of my money. After numerous telephone calls I was offered a voucher to spend on a site I’ve never heard of. All I wanted was a replacement or refund. Not heard from them since. There ought to be a way to sue this crap company for their crap products, crap service and crap warranties.
If I could give BLACK stars my finger would be on key for quite a while. Please don’t trade with this company.

Steer well clear they say there customer service is award winning but it’s horrendous.
We to bought 2 of these, one set used twice and the headphone split exposed wires and all they said was out of the 30day return time, this was after buying them, having to wait over 10 weeks for them and them sitting on our cash. No one to speak to and you get the standard email responses. You’ve been warned...
This product is rubbish
This product is rubbish, I purchased two pairs, the first started failing in about a week, would not pair or hold charge, the second pair started failing after about 30hrs use, they would not pair with each other and then the sound became so quite you could hardly hear them A complete waste of money. The fact they are given good reviews by some companies just goes to show the corruption involve with on line commercial reviews where there are links to purchase products!
Black star for Service..
I wish I could have gave black star to them. In term of product which we still have not received even after 7 months of chasing the mail trails. No one is there to hear customer request. Totally fraud... extremely annoyed with the response.. I wish I could also gave you a product review as well
..for now ..all I have bad service .irresponsible company/ staff...
Save your time and money.
I received a pair of AirPods as a gift. I had problems with them immediately. I sent off an email and did not hear back for three months. I was able to fix the issue myself. By the time I had heard back from them, the charger cord had snapped. I had a “lifetime warranty” and tried to get a new one. Only to find out there’s no such thing as a “lifetime warranty” with this “company”. Save your time and money.
Horrible product
Horrible product! Took about 4 months to arrive, no way of communicating with customer service. They really should pull this ear bud. Doesn't hold the charge, sounds quality sucks, one earbud cuts out.. really terrible product!
ZERO stars, but NOW a happier ending
if there was a way to give zero stars I would. TRULY, the worst product ever. They broke within moments of my using them. And Customer Service is disrespectful and non-responsive. it took months to initially hear from them, and then, when they finally did respond, way too much time had passed to actually register my complaint and handle it (they said it was outside of the refund window). Not even an iota of thought went to their replacing the product. Having been an Apple EarPods owner at one point, there's NO comparison with the product or just service. This was a waste of money. BUMMED

Took a long time to arrive and customer service response was poor. Finally when arrived does not work well. The right bud does not charge well making the product not reliable at all. It stops working out of the blue. Better buying Apple’s original paying 3 times more.
Bad product and worse customer service
This seems to be the only true website for the review of this product. I purchased those earphones and was a total waste of money. Couldn't get fully reimbursed. Anyone read the company terms of Service?
I don't know how they managed to shield themselves for bad/real reviews and I don't know how even consumer reports can support this!
Took months to arrive
Took months to arrive, communication was spoardic at best, my wife used them for less than a month (with regular drop outs to here iPhone) before they fell apart.
Her $10 ones from China have proved better, total con of a product they are not fit for purpose, don't buy them.

I made very disappointing experiences not only with the insufficient function of the three pairs of PlayBeatz earbuds, I received in January 2020 but also with the unfriendly silence of getplaybeatz in reacting to several of my complaints. After a long period of time and after…
After a long period of time and after phone calls and e-mails I finally got 3 sets I bought. I have two that I will give as a gift to some family members but I have been using mine for two weeks and one of the earbuds (left) is not working anymore. Also, while you are jogging or running you lose signal from time to time. I bought the warranty for life. Let's see what they honour the warranty. I will update here.
Very bad client experience. Don't buy.
Not received anything after many months. Should have read the other reviews. It's a fraud. DON'T BUY. No client service. No answer to emails anymore. If you don't want to lose money go somewhere else.

I ordered three sets of earbuds and chargers, they were apparently delivered to me, but I never actually received them. Finally convinced a customer service representative to ship my order again. I've been waiting 2 more months now.
These people are a joke.
