This is the worst item I have ever purchased and customer service is atrocious. They were defective after less than 4 mths and the woman couldn't accept that this was unacceptable and repeated (over and over) because they were not defective within 30days they could not be replaced. Simply the worst company ever. Do NOT PURCHASE THESE EARBUDS, you might as well just tear up the money and out it in the bin!

Ordered 2 pairs of headphones due to an offer Playbeatz had. Also purchased a lifetime warranty. After a few months one pair developed a problem where the right headphone would not charge. On contacting customer services via e mail I was told initially I had passed the 30 day return so unlucky basically. I replied explaining all electrical items have 12 months warranty and also that I have purchased a lifetime warranty. I have received no response despite chasing up with 2 further e mails. Please do not use this company the product is sub standard and the customer support is non existent.

Ware bestellt, nach 6monaten noch immer nicht geliefert, Bezahlung erfolgte aber bei Bestellung. Geduld vorbei anderes Produkt direkt im Laden gekauft!!!einbezahlter Betrag wurde aber lobender Weise inzwischen rückerstattet! Danke!

Am 12.05.2020 bestellt, bis heute (24.08.2020) keine Lieferung. Angeblich -laut einem niederländischen Trackingportal- wurde die Lieferung nicht angenommen, was natürlich nicht der Fall war. Auf Anfragen gibt es nur vorgefertigte Antworten.

I hate to give them even one star. They will tie up your money for months! The product is ok but no way should it take 3 months to receive a product. Furthermore, they deceive you on lead times for the product blaming it on the pandemic. There problems started long before Covid so they lie to you about delays. That’s pathetic.
The item is just ok for the money.

Ordered a pair on June 5, today is August 20 and I haven't received them, or any feedback from the company about where my order is. 7 emails to customer support, no reply, won't give me a tracking number, told them to cancel my order and give me a refund. No refund and no reply to that email either. I'm on hold with VISA now to dispute the charge.

Ordered a set 4/10, called 5/10 and was told they were on their way. Called 6/10 and was told they would be arriving any day now. Called 7/10 and asked for a refund which they said would take 72 hours. Here it is 8/10 and I’m out $60 and no product. Company sucks. Don’t trust them. No thanks you.

COMPLETE SCAM! Ordered a set on 5/10 and was told they would ship in 3 days. Called on 5/26 and was informed they were delayed due to Covid. Called back on 6/15 and asked them to cancel my order. Was told I would have refund in 5-7 days. Called on 7/28 after I STILL had not received a refund and was told a "manager" would call me to resolve. It's now 8/19 and SURPRISE... I have not received a refund or a call back and I have been on eternal hold for over 20 minutes. Karma is a ______ - I hope this comes back 10 fold on them for completely scamming hard working people out of their money!

I have had these earbuds for about a month. They are the absolute worst. They will not stay in your ear and when they fall on the floor they bust open. They work great for the first two three weeks now they will not hold a charge. Ended up throwing them in the trash! Do not purchase these earbuds!

I received the product in March, after waiting 2 months. They work ok for 3 months then quit. I tried to contact the company and the emails bounced. Not sure if they changed their contact info. Hard to track them down on the internet.I had bought the lifetime warranty and have just found out it was good for 30 days from purchase! A scam.

Buyer beware! They are currently advertising Holiday Sale. Good luck with getting them by Christmas 2020. Maybe by Christmas 2021! I placed order June 7, 2020 with the understanding to allow 30 days for shipping and delivery. It is now August 16, 2020. 10 weeks still no product. I called & was told it was 6 weeks. Waited, called again and was told 8 weeks. 10 weeks later, still waiting. If you manage to get in touch with customer service, they will ask for more patience. They were very impatient in charging my credit card though. Will file dispute with credit card company to get my money back.
