It's been five days I assumed my winnings of 230$ would be in my account by today.. but it's not tried to log in to my account a d they locked me out!! Im so tired of unreliable online casinos. If they fix it will change my star count but as of now, DO NOT BET WITH PLAY FAME!!!

Playfame is continuing to prove to not…

Playfame is continuing to prove to not be the paying platform they claim to be. Since Feb 18, 2026, there have been repeated requests for the same information from different representatives for my redemption. First you are told to not respond to the emails or be placed at the end of the process. Secondly, each time you submit information a different representatives replies with different requests until you find yourself sending the same information at different intervals and the cycle repeats. Then on March 6, 2026, I received an email that my account was "locked and no appeals" (their discretion) and no communication would be allowed but ALL purchases have been refunded to my bank account(their choice). Lol Once again A LIE! No refunds but most importantly NO REDEMPTION!
To make it worse, I began receiving emails from Playfame requesting to start this process all over again on March 11, 2026. I have emails but i am unable to upload them on this website for all to see.
Please note the response never mentioned the refund that has not been returned. The contradiction is obvious. Did I mention they paid a redemption to the same account 2 months ago without any hiccups for $400 but the $1400 was the issue?
And once again the reply clearly contradicts ALL email correspondence. "It's computer generated", " we have the right at our discretion not to pay". It never ends with playfame! If the followup email was computer generated after clodure, were the email verification process also generated and flawed? Were the repeated emails a flaw and the decision to not pay an error?

After carefully reviewing the account and the previous communications sent to you by the PlayFame.com team, please note that the decision regarding the account was made following an internal review and in accordance with our Terms of Service. As communicated previously, the account was closed under our discretionary authority as outlined in the Terms of Service.

As stated in Section 4.11 of our Terms of Service:
"We reserve the right to refuse to open or the right to close a User Account at our sole discretion. Our decision to refuse to open or to close a User Account shall be final and You shall have no right to appeal such decision."

When an account is closed under these circumstances, the redemption process cannot proceed and any Virtual Currency associated with the account may be revoked in accordance with the Terms of Service.

We also understand that you mentioned receiving follow-up emails after the closure notice. In some cases, automated system communications may still be triggered even after an account status has been updated, and these messages do not change the final status of the account.

We truly understand that this outcome may feel disappointing, and we sincerely regret the frustration this situation has caused. At this time, the decision previously communicated remains final.

i like that it seems a lot less rigged…

i like that it seems a lot less rigged than most . you can clearly tell, especially on roulette tables, that electromagnets are clearly being used, And Blackjack!!! I've seen others with the same community hand hit multiple times consecutively with hands that held 19 and 20, No way to split or double, every time it so happens, coincidentally, dealer would've bust, Has cost me a very lot of money

I made three purchases two nights ago…

I made three purchases two nights ago that included free spins. I have yet to get my 145 free spins. I've tried several times for live chat and its 30 to 71 people ahead of me. The one time it was 3 ahead of me the live chat person never responded. I've sent emails to support all items get is due to high volume it's taking longer to respond. I spent $145 and I want my free spins. Very upsetting! I've sent screenshot of all purchases and promotions via email to support and live chat. Impossible to get a live agent and support keeps sending me the same email they are working on it.

I've been playing at play game for several months I won quite a bit of money but in returns I've lost all of it as well they say playfame redeeming process is fast and good that deserves.an F I tried to redeem .y winnings on several occasions but it always came down to.mw canceling my redemption so I can keep playing witch this is when the games changed from me winning to me losing everything I get paid once a month and I make abot 300 dollars in purchases and in stead of me winning and redeeming I end up loosing it all when you have won 500 dollars or more playing certain games that ur use to playing and winning to suddenly no winning spins I played these games alot I know how they work but not in this case they see you winning and they don't like that so they quickly turn the internet off so they can reset the slots to we're you will not win but loose every thing if you try to redeem any of your winnings they say it can take 5 to 10 business days knowing this will frustrate you this is by far not a legit casino but a rip off casino I won 500 dollars and tried to redeem.half of Amy winnings the other half I left I. This used to be one of my favorite…

This used to be one of my favorite sites till recently. Now it seems like they do whatever they can for one to lose.
For example I was playing one of my favorite games and was hitting almost every spin then i got a pop up that said I won the stupid gold coin jackpot spin and of course it froze my screen. Couldn't even complete my spins that I had won. Closed the site then tried to go back to the game and of course started losing everything. Of course support has no record of that win imagine that!
This company owns spinblitz and several others and they all have gotten pretty shady lately.
My advice is if you ever do win on these sites cash out and dont come back!

That's my rating for now anyways but only because I can't get anyone to answer my question about the letters I have mailed in for SC. I just want to know if I've done something incorrect and them be voided or if I'm still in the waiting period. I just thought it would be passed by now as I started sending in in December and I'm patient, I don't mind waiting but after this long just want to make sure I'm not still sending in incorrect letters and wasting money on stamps and envelopes.
