So far, my experience with this casino has NOT been great. I opened an account over a year ago, tried to play with a little bonus coin, but it's basically non-existent, so I bought a few small packages..nothing. waited some time, and spent a little more..NOTHING. at this point, I buried them for a while, and played with some more reputable casinos. Came back recently and put 50 or so in. I was "allowed" to reach about 60, through NO END of back and forth, and immediately, every game went cold as ice. This is the norm. I've spent enough here where I kinda wanna say this is a scammy spot. Sorry.

HORRIBLE

I play a lot I like to gamble. I have played a lot of online conforms this one by far is one of the worst not only as customer service horrible but I have gone and spent a minimum of $300 on the casino at different times even weeks apart and I have not won anything when I went to customer support to talk to somebody about my experience they offered me $10 to stay and then instead of finishing the conversation with me when I told them that $10 didn’t seem fair. They just closed my account and kicked me out. I would not ever play here if I were you guys it’s not worth your time or your money. Also come back and check my profile because I’m going to be doing extremely honest reviews on all of these platforms so you guys don’t waste your money.

They r scammers

They r scammers, they have a lawsuit against them and they deserve to be destroyed, they don’t pay bonuses, they seem to glitch out when u hit big, then make it almost impossible to get anything done and make u do their job and then don’t reply in any timely manner so hence SPEND ELSEWHERE!!!!!

Games are basically trash no bonuses game glitches and skips you can't randomly stop it an when you change your bet it kicks out and starts over pretty much one of the worst all these online sites are just ripping people off I'll be glad when they banned them

Never got my winnings

I bought 3 betting packages at approx. $136. I played roulette and won $427. I went to withdrawal my money and 2 days later my withdrawal was declined and my account closed for suspicious activity. I don’t know what was suspicious except that I actually won money.

Please him used to be one of my favorites I had four that I did every single day until all of a sudden and I did buy and all the time on theirs but when you do your daily login I was already built up to like 177 days they all of a sudden just switched me over to only gold coins as my daily login bonus when I question them about it I never got a response that's why I don't play them anymore

i spend a 100$ a day and don’t win nothing , every time i get a bonus the game resets and kicks me out . seems like the games are rigged. this why i i took a break from this app and its doing it again. very frustrating!!!!!

Decent Site Until You Need Support

I have used this site for a little while now and the payouts have been great quick and I had no issues. Then today I place a bet on a roulette spin and it was there when the ball game out screen went black then came back my number hit and no pay. First time talking to support then say sorry nothing we can do. Except offer you 10 SC. I know you lost 4000 SC today but that is all we can do.

Playfame: I spoke with chat yesterday. And that was their solution. It was less about the loss and more about the technical issue that caused me to loss out on a large win. And the solution to that being 10sc.

Also I sent an email to the support today, I also sent one yesteday but never heard back. I will not be unfaird if the situation is resolved I will update my review.

Another update: I have emailed support as requested the last 2 days with no response.

Okay I am just waiting to hear back.
