I have been a loyal customer of playfame for years this used to be one of the best platforms to play on that I would brag to all my friends about but since they started running these new wheels something has deeply changed I been loosing back to back to back for months but today was the final straw I got one of those mystery wheels and poof it stopped dead on 100 but the pay out gave me 1 dollar was in total shock playfame how can you go from one of the best platforms to literally one of the worst and turn around and cheat one of your most loyal customers who spends much money out of a 100 dollar win when I am thousands in the hole from this platform very very disappointed

CLOSED MY (VERIFIED ) ACCOUNT AFTER MY FIRST REDEMPTION REQUEST

I been a loyal customer with playfame . Spent so much money on the app also I even promoted their app on my social media. AS SOON AS I DID MY FIRST REDEMPTION. MY ACCOUNT GOT CLOSED THE NEXT DAY AND I WON THE DAILY MAJOR JACKPOT OF 1700 SC. I SENT MULTIPLE EMAILS AND REQUEST. THEY NOT RESPONDING THE SAID THE REFUND ME A PACKAGE BUT ON A 9.99 PACKAGE AND INVESTED ALOT OF MONEY AND PROMOTE THEM ON MY PAGE. THEY CLOSED MY ACCOUNT AFTER I FILE A REDEMPTION. I DID NOTHING WRONG ALL MY PURCHASES IN IN MY CARD NAME AND EVERYTHING. THIS PLACE A BIG SCAM!!! They need to reopen my account before I start legal proceedings

I have been playing here almost daily for about 4 months and never ever won anything! Its the worst of the worst. I do honest reviews of casinos and have a mass following on YouTube and tiktok. I have video recorded every session to show everyone just how bad it is. Also several times I deposited money, they claim they never received it. PlayFame is a joke

After hearing back from PlayFame support after my initial 1 star review, I felt I should edit my review and let people know if I could give PlayFame a negative star rating it would be -5. Support emailed me almost immediately after my review which is off because it’s been 3 days now since I sent support a query with no response. Well the email said to email them back and they’d guide me in the direction of solving my issue. Well I emailed them and guess what….crickets! It’s going on 2 days now and haven’t heard a peep out of them. This platform is a joke. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! PLAY ANY PLATFORM BUT PLAYFAME! I’m going to look into joining the class action lawsuit against them because I see why

I’m guessing whatever scam artists run PlayFame have a few other platforms they’re raping their players on. Stay far away from this joke of a platform. My redemption of just a 100 was…

My redemption of just a 100 was declined with no real reason of why. I gave the correct banking information and was told via email it was declined by the payment provider. Like how is that possible? This is beyond ridiculous. I waited just to be told this. I won it fair and square. I guess from the reviews it’s time to file against them. It’s crazy because this was my first time ever using this site just to go through this.

Don't waste your time and most importantly don't waste your money here... All this platform will do is just take, take, take... They offer no type of kickback, or 5% coin return. The first time I actually invested some time and money into this platform. I made deposit after deposit after deposit after deposit after deposit, couldn't come up... All they did was take, take, and take some more.... Their payouts ain't high enough for you to ever actually get ahead because you invest so much into one game by the time it does pay off. Fraudster Casino

I lost my original deposit, I was awarded some free spins that net $81, I go to withdrawal and now my account is locked and support is non existent. Stay far away, I will have to proceed with a dispute and chargeback and potentially navigate other legal remedies. They love losers but winners are not welcomed here.

If you win a few bucks don't play again for a long time!!

Games easily identifiably altered. I won $400 bucks last session and as a result 3 deposits this session $130, $150, and $180 straight thru playing $1.50 and $2 bet. Not random at all. Each time I go to trigger free spin or hold and win the reel drags by super fast and the next spin is the one I needed each time. It's pathetic that this site rather manipulate games than really have them random. Especially for a small $400 redemption when you consider how much I've spent before that redemption. Players beware. Despite what they say about RNG games came definitely be manipulated and it's obvious especially if you play on several sites and in person as I do. If you choose to play if one deposit yields no bonus or any special feature don't play anymore till another day. Unfortunately there's no real luck on these social sites unless they give it to you.

Will close account and steal your money

Had deposited $185 and played it through. Was still decided on whether or not I would pull what I had left. The next day I got a report that they closed my account and would cease any contact with me not stating any reason besides that they had the ability to terminate accounts for any reason. So now I'm down not only what I lost but the remaining $125 too and having to file fraud charges with my bank to try to get any back. Gamblers beware, their slots aren't the only things your risking your money on.
