Chicken Tumbler and Snake

Reposting my review with an update as a new item that was gifted arrived much faster than the initial one. And as the time period was 2-3 weeks, not 1 month.

Delivery was very slow on the first item. They have a UK registered company name and address or PO box so can say it's a 'UK' co. - but the product is shipped from overseas (which would be fine if this was made clear up front and factored into the delivery time, however it wasn't). I asked for a refund during the process because it was taking so long, and they just offered money off the next purchase. It did arrive, but I would have rather had a refund in that time.

The chicken tumbles and makes noise but it doesn't roll on it's own unless you or a cat pushes it. It does say this in the description but the video of cats playing with it that appears on their site makes it look like the USB charges a motor that means it could move on it's own without a push - it doesn't.

Cat likes the snake that was sent after this so overall the experience was OK but am still not certain that would order from them again.

We apologize for the delay in the delivery of your recent order and for any inconvenience this may have caused. We understand that you had expected the product to arrive earlier and you were unable to achieve satisfactory resolutions with our customer service team.

We acknowledge that a tracking number was uploaded to your account on the 1st of February, the day after purchase, which may have caused confusion about the actual shipping date of the product. However, we are investigating what went wrong with the warehousing process, and we can confirm that the order was shipped on the 10th of February and delivered on the 15th of February, which means it was in transit for five days.

We are saddened to see that despite the delays and inconvenience experienced, it was suggested to take a month to be delivered. If it was not 15 days please let us know and we will further need to investigate the tracking information and courier.

We also acknowledge your frustration with the toy not moving on its own, and we apologize for any miscommunication regarding the product's capabilities. While the description does state that the toy does not have a motor built-in, we understand that the video on our website could have been misleading. We will make improvements to our product page to ensure that customers are fully aware of what they are purchasing.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We appreciate your feedback and assure you that we are investigating the issues involved in warehousing for this product. We understand that you may have lost trust in our services, but we hope that you give us another chance to serve you better in the future.

I brought two large size strong dog…

I brought two large size strong dog harnesses. They're great products, good quality and very good value.

Had regular updates on the progress of the delivery in a quite amusing format.

Greyhounds Alfie and Orla love them.

Great customer service !

There was quite a delay to my order and I understand that sometimes these things can happen, especially over a busy period like Christmas.
During the process PlayPaw kept me updated and I felt that they genuinely cared about the delay, offering me a refund to delivery costs etc. Shows how great customer service can turn a negative into a positive. When my items arrived I was really happy with the quality of what I’d ordered, so well worth the wait!

Doggy Xmas prezzie

Bought the harness, leash, and hair removal gadget. Harness is great, fits Harley perfect, just haven’t received the other 2 items…ordered 24/12, just slightly disappointed, but I know there’s a back log in all industries/businesses…but overall satisfied…if you had half marks…I would say 4.5 ☺️

Fluffy cat bed

Ordered a fluffy cat bed. Didn't realise it was coming all the way from China but to be fair it did arrive fairly quickly and in time for Christmas. Quite expensive but seems well made and has definitely proved popular with Chilli the cat, who seems to have taken to it very well and loves to get inside and 'paddle' before settling down and getting nice and snuggly.

Absolutely first class customer service…

Absolutely first class customer service with this company. I have a faulty floppy fish but my emails were immediately responded to over Xmas in a helpful manner. A replacement is on its way! Wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again. Just brilliant!

With the strikes the way they have…

With the strikes the way they have been, I was really pleased with the service I received from play paw.
They were constantly updating me about my order. I didn't blame them at all they could not help the postal strike, they even sent me a voucher for the delay. Thanks to the team they were awesome. Oh the gift is for my jack russel it's wrapped for xmas lol. Thanks again.

Fantastic items and great Company

The harnesses I bought for my 2 girls are fantastic! They are a great fit and excellent value for money.

Gemma has kept me updated on the progress of my order throughout Royal Mail strikes and even gave me a £5 credit when the mail strike is outwith their control...pawsome! 🐾🐾

Ordered the fish for our dogs for Christmas. I honestly didn’t think it would arrive before Christmas due to postal strikes. But we were informed at every stage of the delivery and arrived within a week. As my dogs would say pawfect 🐾

The customer service was excellent

The customer service was excellent. Royal Mail had messed up the delivery because of strikes etc but the company was proactive in keeping me informed about what was happening. Got a large dog haversack and we are happy with the product
