Good communication with customer and updates on delivery.
Product not up to expectations as battery compartment does not close well and although I hope not I think a dog would soon realise this

Item arrived well packaged, kept well informed on status of parcel. No complaints.

I've ordered before without any problems & love the products. A couple of months ago I ordered a water fountain, motion sensor, replacement filters & another orthopedic food bowl. Emails told me the order would arrive in three separate deliveries, so when I received the water fountain, I waited patiently for the other items. I was then informed my whole order had been delivered. I'll try & make this brief, I contacted PlayPaw who got back to me immediately & after their investigations, agreed to send replacements. I decided to look inside the water fountain box & to my shock, the other items had been packed inside the box, I ate humble pie & with a massive apology, informed them. From start to finish they were helpful, understanding & professional. This is just to reassure others that this company not only provide brilliant products but their customer service is excellent & they don't rip people off. Well done PlayPaw 😍

Love the anti-vomiting arrangement for my cat Lady Bede. Wish I'd had it when Tig was alive as he vomited and could have done with such a thing. I love it so much I have ordered another set of bowls (with the cute cat shape). Came well wrapped and didn't have long to wait for the delivery. My emailed query was answered quickly too so Customer Service is good too

Fab little rucksack to carry my 5 month old cockapoo when her legs are tired when we go on a long walk.

There was a delay in the delivery but I was kept up to date and actually checked to see whether I had the product and kept an eye on it, which I found very unusual and very helpful, this rarely happens with companies I have found.

The rucksack itself has exceeded my expectations and it’s a lovely bright colour so you can’t miss her!

Absolutely gorgeous bed. Big and fluffy. I now want a bigger size for me!
Delivery was timely, although tracking info was a little off in terms of the info that was given. Brilliant customer service. A fun and pleasurable buying experience.

The feeding bowls and mat are great. Just the right angle so my cats don't get their food everywhere. I was keep updated every step of the delivery process.

The items took a while to arrive, but I was given email updates. The bed is fluffy and well made, cats are reluctant to use it but as soon as it is cold I’m sure they will.
Not sure about the pet hair remover though. It removes the hair well but I have to take the fur off the brush myself. Seems a bit flimsy too.

Credit where its due Playpaw have completely turned my review and experience of shopping with them around. I have left my initial 1 star review below as, whilst they totally fixed the issues, the facts that prompted me to make that review stand and if you're reading this because you're thinking of ordering through playpaw or because you've placed an order you've not recieved, the combination of these two reviews should hopefully give you reassurance.

After my initial correspondence with customer support they came back to me having created a voucher worth half of my original order plus free shipping. And confirmed if I was dissatisfied with any part of my order when it arrived, they'd refund back to my payment card. I personally think this was a very fair outcome in the circumstances. My order finally arrived on the 25th October a full 15 days after it was placed. Aside from the initial confusing and irritating emails about shipping etc I was able to properly track my order progress and the items themselves are of good quality and my kittens are happy with them, which is the most important thing! After my items arrived I decided to use my voucher and had a small issue with free shipping which was again resolved extremely quickly by customer support with zero inconvenience to me as they simply created the order for me and I've woken up this morning to an email telling me my item is on the way. As these two reviews show, Playpaw are not perfect but my experience has shown me that they do really listen to their customers and work hard to resolve any issues, which alongide the overall quality of the products, is why I've now given them 5 stars.

I can't review my products from playpaw as I sadly haven't recieved them despite my order being placed 10 days ago (10/10/22) with no 'stock' issues flagged at the time of purchase. Instead I've recieved a series of 'funny' emails telling me how great playpaw are at shipping my items, all recieved at various points over the last 10 days with no products actually arriving (not seemingly a delivery issue as tracking doesnt suggest anything has even got that far!) As I write this, one item in my order says nothing more than my order has been placed on the 10th Oct but not shipped. Contacting customer services for a refund of this item yielded a very quick response, which was appreciated, however, they've told me all items have been shipped which contradicts their own delivery tracking! They went on to offer of a £5 discount off a entirely improbable future purchase. Nice gesture, but fix the problem with my current order first before trying to get me to spend more money!

There are so many other reliable outlets to buy the kind of products play paw are selling. I wish I'd used one of them! Instead I'll now need to purchase more of the items I've ordered elsewhere as I'm picking up my kittens on Saturday and my playpaw items are nowhere to be seen!

The website was easy to negotiate and cat bed I ordered was great for the price. However I didn’t realize I would have to wait 10 days for it to be delivered from China…….although the postage was a good price.
After three days I looked for shipping and delivery progress, only to find out it was coming from China. I looked at the website again to see if this was mentioned, but couldn’t find any information on it.
Waiting 10 days, meant the cat bed didn’t get to me within the timeframe of seven days I needed it to be delivered. If I’d have known this information beforehand, I could have either bought similar from Amazon or other outlets for several £’s more, or ordered from Playpaw earlier instead of bookmarking the page and ordering when I thought it would be a reasonable delivery time.
Please Playpaw make this information regarding goods coming from China, with extended delivery times, highly visible for any future purchases for myself, or others. I can then make a choice of whether to purchase from yourselves, or elsewhere. Hopefully this review will be helpful to others making a purchase.

My cats are 14 and 11 years old, and have never liked cat beds-preferring a blanket or old pillow- until now. The cosy cat igloo beds are amazing. They are comfortable and give a feeling of safety. With the rim to rest their head on, they really are purrfect! They even go in for a nap in the daytime. Would highly recommend

I cant comment on the quality as I still have not received my item ordered well over a week ago. Not the company to use if you are in a rush.

Update: it finally arrived over 2 weeks after I ordered it. Its on the small side. It does the job but the straps need something across the shoulders at the back to stop them from slipping. I've minused one star for this and another for the really slow service.

I purchased a PlayPaw adventure pouch which was rated on the website for dogs up to 12Kg. I also purchased the additional chest strap. My dog weighs 10Kg so fully 2Kg below the max weight. The first time I used the pouch I put him on my back but within the first 20 minutes of use the push clips on the shoulder straps started to release themselves which nearly resulted in my poor dog being dropped on his head. I discontinued use and asked for a refund. After several weeks where I had to provide pictures and video evidence PlayPaw did finally refund me in full.

I can now easily trim down my mini Dacshund's claws. He trusts us so much not to hurt him in any way I could use it almost immediately. I let him feel the sensation on his leg then gingerly started to trim his claws, great product.

Great product & fast delivery Would recommend

We purchased two PlayPaw Adjustable Car Safety Belts in Black. Our dog likes to be on the back seat and these belts are n excellent restraint and the position of them gives him more room to move about. Very pleased with purchase.

Amazing bed, good price, great communication - happy cats and happy owner.

Looks fine but dont think bowls are dishwasher safe. Should have checked was impulse buy on insta, otherwise fine for one cat using 2 bowls. Cute and assists with less spillage as she had a habit of licking the food out of other bowls on2 the counter. Hope they last.
