Bought a kittie hoodie, and it arrived way longer than expected time.
Then, when it arrived, the hoodie was smaller than usual. It is clearly an Asian size, and I wish they mentioned this on the website, but no, nothing. The quality is also very poor, as it's not soft, and just doesn't look like it is worth what I paid.
I asked for a returned, and even after a week after returning the item I still have not received any update (e.g. acknowledgement that the refund is being processed). Very disappointed with customer service and just how the site lies to you with so many things.

I am sorry to hear your experience has been a negative one.
I apologise for the delay in the refund however, our team had simply been waiting for a response to the email confirming a copy of the return slip for the item. Once we received it this refund was processed promptly for you.
Upon viewing the tracking information the Hoodie was delivered within 9 days, which was within the 4-10 days specified on the website. I do apologise if you expected it sooner, we are continually looking at ways to improve our logistics.
Our website is completely transparent with our information and it hurts to hear you feel otherwise. We would certainly appreciate if you could let us know what you believe is dishonest or less transparent so we can make sure no one else feels this way.
Our customer team have worked tremendously hard to improve your experience with us, including returning and refunding your hoodie, sending you a free gift, and even offering you a full refund on your order.
I also feel our team and I were also extremely friendly and accommodating throughout.
I am thoroughly dissappointed to see that given the service we have provided, and that I feel we have gone above and beyond, that your review still remains this way.

Grear Adjustable Car Safety Belt
Bought one of the Playpaw Adjustable Car Safety Belts and we are very happy with it. Secures the dog whilst travelling in the car or van, but is elasticated so she can move around to at least get comfortable. Somehow keeps her calmer too. Highly recommend this product and company. Fast delivery also

Anti vomit pet bowl
I had never ordered from PlayPaw before but I had heard a lot of good things about the anti vomit pet bowl, so ordered through Play Paw. I was impressed by the communication received from them about the status of my order and the delivery schedule.
The anti vomit pet bowl is very nice, it looks sturdy and my cat was a bit dubious at first but after a good sniff around it, is happy to eat and drink out of it. Since moving her onto this bowl, she has had no episodes of vomiting, and she seems more settled. Thank you
