I am deeply disappointed with my experience with Pleo. Three months ago, £1,600 was spent from my account in just 19 minutes across three different websites – all without my authorization. This is clearly a case of fraud, yet despite multiple follow-ups, Pleo has still not refunded my money.
The handling of this issue has been slow and ineffective. Waiting three months to resolve such an obvious case of fraud is far from acceptable, and it has left me feeling uneasy about putting any funds on my Pleo card in the future.
I expected a more professional and responsive approach to a serious issue like this. Until Pleo takes full responsibility and resolves this, I cannot recommend their service to others.

Really a great and easy to use app
Sometimes you first realize how great a product is, when you need help - which in my case was the time, where I got scammed.
Jozef from Pleo Support stepped in, and help me getting my money back - and during the process, he made sure that was well informed.

Detecting and reversing fraud detection was a breeze with Pleo. We've been using them for 2+ years now and have no complains. The support team is also pretty responsive!

We are very happy with the support from Nikol Rej Notlev and Sofia Poulsen, but the general support from the support team on everyday issues is not always working. There are issues, which we have highlighted several times, but they have not yet been resolved.

We're really happy with Pleo—it’s made managing our expenses so much easier! A big thanks to our Account Manager, Nikol Notlev, who’s always quick to respond and helps us get the most out of the new features. She also checks in with us regularly, which is super helpful. Her support has been fantastic!

1 stjerne fordi jeg ikke kan give minus stjerner! En af vores medarbejderes pleokort er blevet misbrugt, sjovt nok samme dag som der var windows nedbrud over det meste af verden. vi har dokumentation for at medarbejderen er i Hamburg når kortet bliver brugt i UK! butikken i UK har sågar sendt en kvittering retur med en anden kvindes navn på kortet! og alligevel har de indtil nu brugt 45 dage (vel har de ej!) og skal bruge yderligere 45 dage på at finde pengene, hvis vi fastholder kravet. De startede med at anklage medarbejderen for at have lånt kortet ud til en vildt fremmed!! De 400 pund er nok desværre tabt for evigt! Men nu har vi meldt Pleo til politiet og finanstilsynet for det er ikke ok at de ikke ved hvordan man håndterer kortsvindel!
