Have stayed in on 3 occasions waiting for boiler engineer & every time a no show. Won't be waiting anymore.

The company i used, recommended to me via MyBoilerService.com, was RCN Heating Services Ltd . The engineer, Paul, was great as he arrived on time, carried out his work professionally and efficiently, and was also just a lovely bloke. Very good price too! Also sent me record of service and will remind me for next time or year which is great

Well it seems like dissatisfied customers are treated as if they are stupid across the board by My Boiler Service, please.............there's no need to state the obvious!
Try telling me something less obvious like My Boiler Service is very sorry Allgas northwest have not been professional in this instance, (or) My Boiler Service will cease giving this dissatisfied customer the runaround.

I'm certain that if I had been living in a posh house (or) I had had a man about this house (or) if I had been a typically white british household Allgas northwest boiler engineer would not have been such an opportunistic liberty taker. I THINK IN SHORT THE APPROPRIATE WORD IS DISCRIMINATORY.

Looks like maybe car tyre is let down maybe not punctured, either way I'm not a mechanic but can see one tyre is suddenly flatter than others

The company we used, recommended to us via MyBoilerService.com, was Silver Cloud Services. The engineer arrived on time, carried out his work professionally and efficiently, and was also just a lovely bloke. Very good price too!

I wish I had found this website earlier. Really impressed with the service from Tracy at Silver Sunrise Service. Very efficient, explaining what she was doing, great communication, calling me to let me know she was 15 minutes away. Very reasonable price and so nice to see a friendly, smiling boiler engineer. A rarity in my experience. Definitely recommend.

i follow the instructions, searched my post code and found a gas engineer in my area. The price quoted is very attractive
So i waited for 2 days and no contact made to me for any appointment
Then suddenly i received an email asking me to confirm that I HAVE CANCELLED!!
Is this company a joke?
their quote is attractive but it is just a waste of my time and effort if no one is going to do the field work.
And they lie that I take the initiative to cancel!

My engineer (Wayne) was very prompt at calling me back with a date and time.
He was polite, professional and courteous throughout the time he was at my house. He did a great job. I would highly recommend MyBoilerService.com to anyone

As others have said, getting an Oil Boiler serviced can be difficult finding someone.
So after finding MyBoilerService, I admit I was a little sceptical at first. So created an account. Filled in my details. Voila a menu list of candidates came up.
Selected the partner to do the service. Next day a call to confirm, and within the week - Ewing Energy, Livingston - had turned up, did the work as planned, on time and at the price stated.

This website is great, but the service from the partner was exceptional! Getting a boiler service for an oil boiler isn't easy, as there aren't that many qualified organisations around compared to gas boilersmiths. I've never owned oil boilers until I moved house, and suffice to say, it wasn't in a good way!

Within a few days, Curtis Wood Combustion came to my house, surveyed the boiler, and serviced it. Cleaning everything out and putting a few bits right that had been installed wrong, they recommended a complete flush of the system and replacing the diaphragms. CWB quoted me within two days, and they completed the full flush within one working day.

The system works brilliantly now - nice and hot and doesn't require as much oil to keep it going. I'm extremely pleased with the results, and I couldn't recommend MyBoilerService.com or Curtis Wood Combustion enough!!!

The service was easy to book online and put me in touch with an engineer for the job. The service was completed and according to the engineer, everything was running fine with the system - great.
Unfortunately the system now doesn't turn off which is annoying, the boiler pressure was/is at 0.3 and I don't know how to fix that myself and there was a fault code on the system which the engineer didn't seem to know too much about. I found more suggestions of reasons for fault (including mechanical parts on the boiler) in the manual whereas the engineer only suggested changing the pipe to the system from outside which seems an invasive and expensive solution when it could be something simpler.
